Billie Eilish sparks engagement rumors after showing off ring at the 2026 Grammys
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Billie Eilish fueled engagement rumors at the 2026 Grammy Awards after showing off a ring on her left hand. The moment comes after the 24-year-old singer confirmed her relationship with 31-year-old actor Nat Wolff last June, ending months of speculation about the couple.
Billie Eilish’s fans notice alleged ‘engagement ring’ at 2026 Grammys
Eilish stepped onto the red carpet at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena wearing what appeared to be a jeweled ring on the fourth finger of her left hand.
At one point, she placed her hand over her midsection, putting the sparkling accessory on full display as she confidently posed in her gothic, monochrome look.
For the Grammys, Eilish wore a navy jacket and matching skirt crafted from repurposed wool pants, paired with a cotton shirt by Hodakova that peeked out from beneath the jacket. The look was finished with upcycled belts, a signature detail of designer Ellen Hodakova Larsson.
Wolff did not join Eilish at Sunday night’s ceremony, where her song Wildflower earned nominations for both Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Still, fans were quick to speculate online, with one Reddit user writing, “Aha! You thought we wouldn’t notice that engagement ring, but we did!”
How Billie Eilish and Nat Wolff met
Wolff and Eilish met at an Oscars afterparty in 2024, where they connected over their shared experience of living with Tourette’s syndrome.
Their chemistry quickly caught fans’ attention when Wolff starred as Eilish’s love interest in the music video for her song Chihiro, released in June 2024. Soon after, Wolff and his younger brother Alex, who rose to fame as child stars on Nickelodeon, joined Eilish as opening acts on her tour.
Eilish grew close to the entire Wolff family and praised them in a 2024 Vogue interview, calling them “literally the greatest thing that’s ever happened to me.”
By early last year, rumors about Eilish and Nat Wolff dating began to swirl, though a source told the Daily Mail that they were “just friends.”
That June, however, onlookers spotted the pair kissing on a balcony in Venice, Italy, and sipping champagne, according to DeuxMoi.
Inside Billie Eilish and Nat Wolff’s romance
A few months later, a source told Star that Billie Eilish and Nat Wolff’s relationship was “progressing beautifully,” though both were cautious about rushing into anything.
“The first thing you have to know about the Billie and Nat relationship is that it began very organically,” the insider said. “They were friends, then they did some collaborating, and it grew into something else.”
The source praised Wolff as a “smart, responsible guy” and said Eilish “has every reason to believe he’s coming from a good, honorable place.”
“She’s in awe of Nat and really is his biggest fan,” the insider added. “They’re not worried about what their fans think because they are too into one another.”
Nat and Alex Wolff first became child stars on Nickelodeon’s 'The Naked Brothers Band', a show their mother adapted from an earlier mockumentary. When the brothers released their new album 'Nat & Alex Wolff' last month, Eilish enthusiastically promoted it on Instagram.
