LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Blake Lively is still swooning over husband Ryan Reynolds' surprise Gray Deadpool reveal at Marvel's San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) on Saturday, July 25.

After Reynolds' surprise Comic-Con appearance, Lively took to Instagram to share her reaction and gave fans a peek at the moment she learned about her husband's stunt.

Calling Reynolds' SDCC appearance "surprising," the actress shared moments that captured her excitement before his big reveal.

Blake Lively reacts after Ryan Reynolds secretly roams SDCC in Deadpool suit

After Reynolds' Gray Deadpool reveal had everyone talking, Lively joined the fun by sharing a couple of playful Instagram Stories that offered fans a look at how the surprise unfolded from her side.

The first Story featured a FaceTime screenshot of Reynolds wearing the black undersuit while holding Deadpool's mask before stepping out in costume.

At the time, Lively was curled up in bed reading a 'Captain America' storybook to one of their children, whose face she covered with a heart sticker. Poking fun at the interruption, she wrote, "when you're reading a Captain America book, and you get interrupted by a FaceTime from dad."

Lively then reshared Reynolds' nearly two-minute behind-the-scenes video showing how he managed to roam Comic-Con unnoticed before revealing himself as Gray Deadpool. Reacting to the now-public stunt, she simply wrote, "My kinda lol surprise."

The lighthearted caption suggests Reynolds' Comic-Con prank may have caught even Lively off guard. While her use of the word "surprise" hints she wasn't in on the plan from the beginning, she didn't reveal exactly when the FaceTime call happened or whether Reynolds had filled her in before making his grand reveal.

Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool stunt steals SDCC spotlight

Reynolds took his Deadpool chaos to a whole new level, proving that even the world's most recognizable masked superhero can still go unnoticed. The actor secretly stepped onto the SDCC floor, dressed as Deadpool, and spent time among fans without revealing his identity.

Wearing a gray Deadpool suit, Reynolds successfully blended into the crowd as fans assumed he was simply another cosplayer. Little did they know, the man behind the mask was the actual Deadpool.

After pulling off the undercover mission, Reynolds shared a reel on X (formerly Twitter) capturing his hilarious Comic-Con adventure. Celebrating the fans who helped build Deadpool's legacy, he wrote, "The fans got Deadpool off the ground so many years ago."

The actor also opened up about experiencing Comic-Con without the usual celebrity restrictions, writing, “No handlers, no security, no ropes. WHAT A GIFT.” From posing for selfies with fans to meeting cosplayers and celebrating Deadpool's 10-year journey, Reynolds embraced every moment of his surprise appearance.

Sharing his gratitude, he captioned the reel, "Yesterday, 10 years after the first film and exactly 2 years after Deadpool & Wolverine, I felt so lucky to be on the #SDCC floor with everyone whose unapologetic devotion brings so much joy to this world."
