Bruce Willis' daughter Tallulah reveals wedding details, including Chris Martin performance
SUN VALLEY, IDAHO: Tallulah Willis has revealed details about her August 8 wedding to Justin Acee, which featured emotional family moments, a surprise performance by Coldplay’s Chris Martin and carefully designed bridal looks.
The nuptials took place at her childhood home in Idaho, where she celebrated alongside her parents Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, sisters Rumer and Scout Willis, and close friends and family.

Tallulah recounted in a British Vogue interview published Friday, August 14, that the ceremony began with a surprise performance from Coldplay co-founder, a gift arranged by her mother, Moore. He sang the first line, “Tallulah and Justin, walking down the aisle,” leaving Tallulah stunned, as she had deeply loved Coldplay since middle school.
She had also chosen the band’s song ‘A Message’ to walk down the aisle moments before. She continued, "My mom pulled off something incredible by facilitating this surprise, this gift, and Justin and I started laughing out of pure bliss, I will never forget that moment."
The couple exchanged vows they had written themselves, creating an emotional ceremony where, according to Tallulah, there “was not a dry eye out there.”
However, she noted that her eyes remained focused on Acee as they exchanged rings with shaking hands before being announced as bride and groom. Tallulah added, "Justin then swung her down from the platform, dipped her and kissed her, and then we both began to cheer surrounded by our beautiful bunch of friends and family.”
The duo, who began dating in 2023, signed their wedding license with Moore and Scout as witnesses before heading to the reception. Their friend Samantha Ronson DJed at the reception, which Tallulah described as a “surreal, fantastic moment” that was “more than my wildest dreams.”
Tallulah Willis’ Balenciaga gown and special family moments
For her walk down the aisle, Tallulah wore a custom Balenciaga gown partly inspired by the strapless dress Moore wore to this year’s Vanity Fair Oscars party. The gown featured a structured neckline and took 712 hours to create, including 405 hours of construction and atelier alterations.
The veil required an additional nine hours. Tallulah worked with Moore's longtime stylist Brad Goreski and the Balenciaga team on the wedding look, with Pier Paolo Piccioli designing the custom gown, one of his first bridal designs since taking on his role at the fashion house.
Before the wedding, Moore shared a glimpse of Tallulah’s dress fitting on Instagram on August 11. The photos showed mother and daughter together as she tried on the gown, and Moore placed a veil on her head. Rumer and Scout also attended the fitting alongside other close family and friends.
Moore described the moments leading up to the wedding as precious family memories and expressed gratitude that they could share the event together. Tallulah responded, “I love you mamas.” Scout also recalled how Tallulah had previously considered Etsy wedding dresses, joking about the transformation “from Etsy to Balenciaga couture.”
After the ceremony, she changed into a Vivienne Westwood mini dress for the reception. She described its snatched waist, crinoline undergarment and flared mini skater skirt as fun both visually and to wear. It was also suitable for her first dance with Acee, who wore a bespoke tuxedo from Dzojchen.
Tallulah and Acee had announced their engagement in December, when she shared a photograph of them holding hands over a rose petal-covered path with her engagement ring visible, captioned “Everyday.”
