Bunnie Xo jokes relationship with Jelly Roll felt like serving a '10-year bid'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Bunnie Xo jokingly compared her relationship with now estranged husband Jelly Roll to serving a prison sentence while reading through direct messages she received after their split on a new episode of her podcast, 'Dumb Blonde'.
The podcast host made the quip after reading a message from a man who claimed he was about to be released from prison following a "10 year bid." Her response quickly became one of the standout moments from the episode.

The now estranged couple is also planning to have a child of their own despite the ongoing divorce.
Amid these developments, the podcaster made the controversial comment during the Thursday, June 25, episode of her 'Dumb Blonde' podcast. She revealed to guest co-hosts Hailee Clark and Meme Shahan that after her split from the 41-year-old rapper, she had received a number of DMs but replied to only two.

Bunnie then went on to read a DM sent to her by an anonymous person. It said, "Hey pretty lady, I'm about to get out of prison on a 10 year bid next year. Please let me go out and have a time with you. That's all I ask. I promise it will be worth it. Hit me back."
Responding to it, the media producer said, "So listen. I don't mind that the dude's in prison. What I don't like is he said, 'let me go out and have a time with you.'"
"So that's where it's like, okay. So you're just expecting me to put out on this first date. Which..." Bunnie shared, to which Shahan quipped, "I mean after 10 years he might need it."
Bunnie immediately responded, saying, "I mean, same. I just got out of a 10-year bid too bitches, what are we talking about."
"How to turn tables," Clark said.
But Bunnie added, "I'm gonna get a phone call," before asserting that she was joking and "just cutting the rug buddy."
Bunnie Xo says she and Jelly Roll remain committed to co-parenting
This came after it was reported that the Grammy winner filed for divorce in May, citing "irreconcilable differences."
But Bunnie earlier claimed that it would not stop them from having a baby together.
"So, we have been the most unconventional couple that you guys have ever encountered. We're going to co-parent together," she stated.
The 46-year-old also claimed that "J is my best friend. Nobody cheated on the other person. It's literally just we served our purpose for each other," before adding, "Our future is so much more important and being happy and healthy and best friends through this is probably the biggest gift that we could have given each other."
