WASHINGTON, DC: Charlamagne tha God has voiced concerns about the potential role of the Supreme Court in the upcoming presidential election.

The 'Breakfast Club' co-host emphasized the importance of scrutinizing the Supreme Court's actions leading up to November, predicting that if Donald Trump loses, the Supreme Court will overturn the results and name the former president the winner.

“When you look at the recent rulings of the Supreme Court — whether it’s abolishing Roe v Wade, whether it’s the presidential immunity for presidents to get away with crimes, whether it’s the fact that elected officials can take bribes now — it’s like, what happens in November if [Vice President Harris] wins, and then Donald Trump challenges the results of the election, in light of all of those recent rulings?” he said.

Noting that the 78-year-old former president nominated three of the justices, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett, Charlamagne tha God said, “That’s honestly what I see coming. I see that happening right now."

"I think that that is going to be the biggest constitutional crisis of our lifetime come November," he added.

When pressed about his prediction, the radio host, who is supporting Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential race said, “I don’t see how anybody can’t see this coming."

“To be 100 percent clear, I absolutely believe that come November, if he loses, Donald Trump is going to challenge the results of the election, and I think the Supreme Court would overturn the results of the election in light of all their recent rulings," he continued.

“I don’t know why we would expect them to do the right thing," Charlamagne added, according to The Hill.

Internet mocks Charlemagne tha God's accusations on Supreme Court

As Charlemagne tha God predicted that the Supreme Court would overturn the election results if Donald Trump lost, netizens mocked the television personality's concerns about the presidential race and its outcome.

"This idiot doesn't understand how the courts work, apparently. They can't randomly over turn an election.. haha," a user on X (formerlyTwitter) wrote while another user tweeted, "Top of his mental game this one."

"Foolish stupidity," a netizen commented and someone else remarked, "Ahhh, he’s still on the democrat plantation."

"He had become unhinged," an individual tweeted while another netizen penned, "D*****s.... If they were going to do that they would have done it in 2020!! Jesus these people have lost their minds!"
