Brian Harpole addressed the swirling conspiracy theories about Kirk’s death. Reflecting on the family’s grief, he added, “I know what pain looks and sounds like... The words that came out of (Erika's) mouth and how they came out when she walked in that room and saw him, you don't want to hear that.”

Conspiracy theories target Erika Kirk following Charlie Kirk’s death in Utah
The newest conspiracy theory centers on an alleged $350,000 transfer to Erika Kirk, Charlie’s widow and current TPUSA CEO, in the weeks before his death. Some have suggested the payment might be linked to Kirk’s killing.
The claims were shared by a Facebook page, Together We Rise, and spread like wildfire across social media. The same page stated that the company supposedly responsible for the transfer disappeared just four days after Kirk was shot.
Additionally, users claim a video surfaced showing Erika Kirk meeting privately with two unidentified individuals less than 48 hours after the incident.
The rumors may be spreading online, but there’s no confirmation of the claims, and neither Erika nor Donald Trump has commented regarding the conspiracy theory.
Meanwhile, other conspiracy theories about Kirk’s death - including questions about where he is actually buried have continued to circulate.
Despite the criticism, Erika has remained vocal in her admiration for her late husband. She has stepped up to lead TPUSA and has pledged to continue guiding the organization.
