Chiefs owner's wife shuts down 'false narrative' around Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce wedding
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Tavia Hunt, wife of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, has slammed the “false narrative” around the star-studded wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
Tavia Hunt was one of the many high-profile guests who were present at the July 3 ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York City. She was joined by her husband.
Podcaster claims Taylor Swift's wedding guests called the ceremony 'tacky and chaotic'
Now, days after the wedding, she took to the comment section of a social media video that showed podcaster Zack Peter referring to a Daily Mail report and saying that some of the guests at the wedding “were not happy”.
He also stated that the guests found the wedding “tacky and chaotic”. The event ran out of champagne “really early,” and there were “long queues for buffet food”, Peter added in the video while referring to the report.

But Tavia hit back, calling it “a false narrative.” She asserted, “They did not run out of champagne. There were no long lines. Every single person was seated for the ceremony.”
The 54-year-old further claimed that “the vows were spectacular — beautiful, heartfelt, and absolutely perfect. It could not have been a more fabulous experience.”
“And frankly, it is inappropriate to say things like this when you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about. That is hearsay — not truth,” she added.

This came after another wedding guest called the wedding “just so beautiful”.
‘Good Morning America’ host George Stephanopoulos reportedly explained that the function was “as intimate as it could possibly be, considering that it was Madison Square Garden.”
“It's hard to imagine that a place that big, and a wedding with such stars could feel so personal and so intimate,” he noted.
Stephanopoulos also called the wedding “great,” before adding, “Adam Sandler, funny and touching. Vows, everything you would hope for: real, vulnerable, serious, and silly. Who knew that a wedding in Madison Square Garden could be so intimate?”

Around 1,000 guests attended the wedding of the Grammy winner and the NFL star.
The bride and groom wore Christian Dior Haute Couture for their big day.
The outfits were “designed by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women’s, Men’s and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the Bride and Groom,” as per an official statement.
The statement also added, “This is the designer's first couture wedding dress for a world-renowned celebrity. Their shoes were custom-made by Christian Louboutin, and the bride wore Cartier jewelry.”
