WASHINGTON, DC: Claudia Conway did not hesitate to slam Donald Trump despite having her mother Kellyanne Conway, who is a long-time Trump ally, in front of her.

The 19-year-old internet personality was recently featured on FOX Nation's ‘Here's The Deal with Kellyanne Conway', where she discussed the significance of reproductive rights.

She openly condemned the former president's ongoing false assertions that Democrats are executing babies after birth.

“Ninety-three percent of all abortions happen in the first trimester, and the rest of them will then have in the second trimester,” Claudia said, according to Mediaite.

Claudia Conway explained, “And very, very small amount happened in the third trimester. And it’s about 97 percent of those abortions happen for the life of the mother or because of a miscarriage, or the fetus will not be viable.”

“So 93 percent of abortions are happening in the first trimester,” she stated, before attacking the 45th President.

She asserted, “And when we have our former president in the United States saying on national TV, on the biggest stage in the world saying that doctors are executing babies after they’re born or in the ninth month, it’s not happening.”

“This is not happening,” Claudia added, emphasizing her long-standing support for women's reproductive rights, the Black Lives Matter movement, and gun control measures.

Additionally, Claudia Conway, the pro-choice activist and daughter of Kellyanne, who is also an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, urged viewers not to view politics as a "binary."

She revealed, “I'm a registered independent because I'm told if you don't fit X, Y, and Z, you can't be a Republican. If you don't fit X, Y, and Z, you can't be a Democrat. And I don't believe in that. I don't think things are black and white.”

Speaking to her mother, who was senior counselor to Trump, Claudia said, “You and I can sit here and find things that we agree on. We can sit here and have common ground, even though we have completely different views on many different things.”

“You know, last night you and I talked about the debate and you said, you know, Trump shouldn't have said this or not. We can agree on that,” she shared, as reported by People.

Claudia Conway claims to love her mother despite differences

Meanwhile, the interview also revealed that the relationship between Kellyanne Conway and her daughter Claudia has improved. A few years ago, the two were frequently seen engaged in tense public arguments.

However, during the FOX interview, Claudia told her 57-year-old mother, “I can look at you and love you even though you have a different political opinion than I do."

"And we can be humans at the end of the day. The divisiveness and the lack of unity in our political atmosphere right now is what is going to drive us further apart,” she added.
