NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former soccer player David Beckham recently shared a playful moment involving his wife and fashion designer Victoria Beckham, giving fans a lighthearted glimpse into their relationship.
Beckham joked about Victoria's habit of posting on social media whenever they head out together, turning an ordinary evening into a humorous exchange. The moment came as the couple attended a major public event, where she was also being recognized for her influence.

Beckham quipped at Victoria in the social media post after the couple attended the 2026 TIME100 Gala on Thursday, April 23. He captioned the post, stating, “My night every night we go out… ‘you look great I’m gonna post this,” also tagging her in the caption.
The Spice Girls singer, who was named among TIME’s 100 Most Influential People in the World this year, wore an elegant ivory silk dress for the occasion, while Beckham opted for a tailored black dinner jacket paired with a crisp white shirt and black bow tie.
Victoria also shared multiple photographs of their outfits from the prestigious event. Two images in an Instagram carousel showed the couple smiling together for the camera, with Victoria affectionately linking her arm around her husband.
A few additional images showed her posing solo, capturing her individual style at the event. In a final shot, she playfully pouted while wrapping her arm around Beckham, who appeared visibly cheerful with a wide grin.
She captioned the post, “Heading to the Time 100 Gala in NYC, Kisses @davidbeckham.” The snaps were shared shortly after she reflected on her long-standing relationship with Beckham during the appearance at the summit.

She told TIME editorial director Lucy Feldman, during an onstage conversation, that over the years she has learned to ignore public scrutiny that comes with being part of a high-profile couple, according to the outlet. “This has been happening since I was 20, so it's been going on a long time,” Victoria, who married Beckham on July 4, 1999, shared.
Victoria further emphasized, "I have an incredible husband who supports me enormously. We're always there for each other. And I learned a long time ago to really not listen to the noise. Someone's always going to have something to say. I focus and I just don't pay attention to it.”
A day before the event, she had spoken about her family life during an appearance on 'Today with Jenna & Sheinelle.' Victoria shared, “We always put our children first, We love our children so much and have always really focused on protecting our children, but we laugh a lot. David Beckham is really, super funny.”
After months of reported tension within the Beckham family, the couple's eldest son, Brooklyn, made headlines in January when he publicly criticised them on social media, alleging that they prioritized the Beckham brand over their children.
Victoria also spoke about how she has navigated challenging periods, “You know, myself and David, we're so close, and we have incredible people around us, We're close to my parents and David's parents. We support each other through everything that we do.”
