NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Demi Lovato, a longtime friend of both Selena Gomez and Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers, recently opened up about reuniting with her fellow Disney alums.
During her 'It’s Not That Deep' Tour, the 'Heart Attack' singer spoke about the Jonas Brothers’ performance and seeing Gomez attend one of her tour stops. Lovato said she “loved seeing them” and added that anytime she gets to be around them, “it’s a good day.”
For those unaware, Lovato, Gomez, and the Jonas Brothers have been close friends since their Disney Channel days, making these recent reunions especially meaningful for fans.

Lovato reunited with both Gomez and Jonas at the opening night of her tour in Orlando, Florida.
During the concert, Lovato and Joe Jonas performed 'This Is Me' from 'Camp Rock' as well as their 2008 duet 'On the Line.' Meanwhile, Gomez attended the show as part of the audience and later joined Lovato backstage for photos.
Lovato described the moment as deeply meaningful and said the reunions “meant everything” to her. She shared that seeing Selena Gomez again after a long time felt especially special.
The singer-actress also recalled reuniting with Joe Jonas earlier at a MetLife performance during the Jonas Brothers’ 'JONAS20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour' in August 2025. She added that getting to relive those moments again felt truly wonderful.
"It was so great to have Selena there. I hadn't seen her in so long. And Joe, we had reunited for the MetLife performance [on the Jonas Brothers' JONAS20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour in August 2025], and that was really fun too. Getting to do it all over again was great. I loved seeing them. Anytime I get to see them, it's a good day," she said.
Demi Lovato delivers emotional MSG Performance
Lovato performed at Madison Square Garden on Friday, April 24, as part of her 'It’s Not That Deep Tour.' The 33-year-old singer played to a sold-out crowd that stayed on its feet throughout the night as she moved through her hit-filled set.
The 'Sonny With a Chance' alum said the experience felt "amazing" after the show. She added that performing in a packed arena full of longtime supporters felt incredibly special and full of love. Her set included songs from her latest album 'It’s Not That Deep' along with major hits like 'Heart Attack,' 'Give Your Heart a Break,' and 'Cool for the Summer.'

The night also included surprise guest appearances. Joanna "JoJo" Levesque joined her for a performance of 'Too Little Too Late.' Lovato’s husband, Jordan "Jutes" Lutes, also appeared on stage for their first live performance together.
The couple performed the Goo Goo Dolls’ 'Iris,' which was also their wedding first dance song in May 2025. Lovato later called the moment with her husband “so sweet.”
