SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA: A disturbing case of animal cruelty has come to light in Florida. Clay Kinney, a 27-year-old man, was arrested last week for a horrifying video that surfaced on TikTok, as reported by Law&Crime.

In the video, Kinney is seen deliberately running over a deer with his car while filming the cruel attack. His vicious actions have sparked outrage and calls for the maximum punishment allowed under the law.

Kinney was arrested last week on multiple charges including animal cruelty and illegal hunting offenses. According to police, Kinney used his 2000 blue Chevrolet Tahoe to target and hit a deer at the side of the road. The horrifying incident was caught on video which Kinney then posted to TikTok.

In the disturbing footage, Kinney can be seen swerving towards and hitting a deer as he drives down the road. Police say he attempted to hit a total of five deer but was only successful in striking one. The condition and whereabouts of the deer in question are currently unknown.

The outrageous TikTok video drew the attention of authorities leading to Kinney's arrest. A detective investigating the footage spotted Kinney's blue Tahoe on December 28 and pulled him over.

Kinney openly admitted to both driving without a license and intentionally hitting the deer. He showed no remorse for his heinous actions.

This is not Kinney's first run-in with the law over harming deer. Last year he was charged with illegal deer hunting and possession of a fawn. He has a lengthy rap sheet of various vehicle violations and minor offenses.

He now faces five counts of animal torment, one count of animal torture, and driving with a suspended license. An arraignment has been scheduled for January 30th, 2024.
