NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former president Donald Trump has shared some intriguing details about his son Barron Trump's personal life at New York University.

Although the Republican candidate usually keeps details about his wife Melania Trump and their son private, he unexpectedly responded to a query from podcast host Patrick Bet-David regarding Barron's dating life at the university he recently began attending.

Barron's experience at NYU, under the watch of the Secret Service, differs from his peers, yet his classmates have thus far shared positive impressions of him.

Around the one-hour and fifteen-second mark of his PBD podcast on Thursday morning, October 17, Bet-David asked the former president about the relationship status of his youngest son, “Is he good with the ladies in school at NYU? Is he there yet?”

“Is he good with the ladies in school at NYU? Is he there yet?” Trump responded directly, “I don't think he's had a girlfriend yet.” Rather than evading the question, he addressed Barron's romantic life directly, providing a straightforward answer.

Trump continued his usual commendations for his son, referring to him as a "good-looking guy."

The MAGA spearhead frequently praises his youngest son, often for his impressive height, sometimes for his intelligence, and he has also boasted about Barron's acceptance into every university he applied to, ultimately choosing to enroll at the Stern School of Business.

“He's very smart. He's a good student and all that. He goes to a great school and does really well. And he's a very nice guy. You see that,” Trump stated before responding to a question about his dating life.

“He doesn't mind being alone, but he's somebody that gets along with people,” he further added.

Barron Trump remains out of the spotlight

Contrary to his siblings, who are often seen at Donald Trump's campaigns and rallies with their partners, Barron has mostly stayed out of the spotlight. Although he was selected as a delegate for the Republican National Convention, a subsequent statement from Melania's office announced that he had declined the role for this summer's convention.

Barron began his college journey at NYU's Stern School of Business under the close watch of the Secret Service, a presence that intensified following an assassination attempt on Trump at a rally.

Opting to reside in his family's Trump Tower rather than a college dormitory, Barron's life is under the vigilant care of his mother, Melania, who ensures he has ample personal time.
