LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The crowd at Donald Trump's town hall in Pennsylvania started to boo after the former president wished his rival, Vice President Kamala Harris, on her 60th birthday.

The GOP presidential nominee was speaking to attendees on Sunday, October 20, at the campaign event in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, which is a key battleground state for both candidates.

Donald Trump began the town hall by addressing a question from a retired union worker named Bob from Hazelton, Mediaite reported.

Bob expressed concerns about Social Security, noting that he is on a fixed income and that “many Americans in my position struggle to make ends meet.”

Bob said,  “My name is Bob. I’m a retired union worker from Hazleton on a fixed income. Many Americans in my position struggle to make ends meet. Will you commit to helping protect Social Security and Medicare benefits?”

He asked Trump if he would protect these benefits. Trump assured him, “A great question. The answer is yes.”

As Trump transitioned to discussing President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, he brought up her birthday.

“A great question. The answer is yes. And you know, when you say fixed income because of Biden and Kamala — Nobody knows her as Harris. You know, I can’t use the word Harris. And by the way, it’s her 60th birthday, so I want to wish her a happy 60th birthday."

As the crowd started booing, Trump added, "Right? No? No, happy birthday and many more. And I mean it. So you know I do mean it, actually.”

Donald Trump calls Kamala Harris 's**t vice president' at rally

This came after Donald Trump had attacked Kamala Harris directly, calling her a “sh*t vice president” during a rally in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, last weekend.

He encouraged the crowd to express their frustrations, stating, “So you have to tell Kamala Harris that you’ve had enough. That you just can’t take it anymore. We can’t stand you, you’re a s**t vice president! The worst!”

The crowd responded enthusiastically as Trump continued to berate his opponent, declaring, “You’re the worst vice president. Kamala, you’re fired! Get the hell out of here, you’re fired!”

This event showcased Trump's confrontational style, which he often employs at his rallies, where he blends political commentary with personal attacks.

His remarks about Harris were just part of a performance that also included an 11-minute story about Arnold Palmer, where Trump made an extended, off-color joke regarding the golf legend's physique.
