AUSTIN, TEXAS: Tech billionaire Elon Musk sparks speculation as he claimed in one of his recent X posts that President Donald Trump's former advisor Steve Bannon is in the Epstein Files.

As the POTUS held a cabinet meeting on Tuesday, July 8, the SpaceX CEO went off on social media, replying to longtime Trump ally Roger Stone, who complained about his legal battles.

Elon Musk claims Steve Bannon is in Epstein Files

Roger Stone posted on X on Tuesday, "Why would Jeffrey Epstein associate Steve Bannon try to help Robert Mueller send me to prison by perjuring himself at my trial?"

Meanwhile, Elon Musk replied to his post and wrote, "Bannon is in the Epstein files."

Interestingly, the post sparked an immediate reaction, and it did not make Musk stop.

An X user posted, "The Epstein List will never be released. There will be no arrests. There will be no accountability. There will be no justice. That is how I, and so many others, feel right now. We’ve been had" to which the Tesla CEO replied, "Yes".

In June, Musk accused President Trump of being in Epstein’s files, but deleted that post shortly after.

The bromance between Musk and Trump had cracks during the tenure of his work with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), and further exploded over his opposition to Trump's "One Big, Beautiful Bill" Act.

Notably, Steve Bannon has had a rocky relationship with Donald Trump but has been an ally recently, due in no small part to the last-minute pardon the POTUS issued at the end of his first term.

Steve Bannon blasts Elon Musk over plan to launch new political party

Steve Bannon also took a jibe at Elon Musk after the billionaire shared his plan to launch a new political party following his rift with President Trump.

Musk posted on X on July 4, "Independence Day is the perfect time to ask if you want independence from the two-party (some would say uniparty) system! Should we create the America Party?"

In a different post, he elaborated that "one way to execute on this would be to laser-focus on just 2 or 3 Senate seats and 8 to 10 House districts."

He added, "Given the razor-thin legislative margins, that would be enough to serve as the deciding vote on contentious laws, ensuring that they serve the true will of the people."

Meanwhile, Steve Bannon slammed the SpaceX CEO saying, "The foul, the buffoon. Elmo the Mook, formerly known as Elon Musk, Elmo the Mook. He’s today, in another smear, and this – only a foreigner could do this – think about it, he’s got up on, he’s got up on Twitter right now, a poll about starting an America Party, a non-American starting an America Party."

The former Trump adviser also asked for Musk’s deportation.

"No, brother, you’re not an American. You’re a South African. We take enough time and prove the facts of that, you should be deported because it’s a crime of what you did – among many," Bannon said.

Elon Musk's claim Steve Bannon is in Epstein Files sparks speculation

Elon Musk's X post claiming Steve Bannon is in Epstein Files sparked online speculation, and many internet users raised questions about how the tech billionaire knew about it.

A user wrote on X, "If this is true that means you have seen the Epstein files. Enlighten us on how?" while one added, "If this was true why did they have to throw him in jail over contempt of congress?"

A person also stated, "What information do you know and why are you just now sharing this? Do you have evidence? You should do a Press Conference," whereas one mentioned, "I’m certain you can confirm. These questions deserve answers."

A user also wrote, "Since you seem to know who's on the list, just give us the list already!" while one commented, "But they said there were no Epstein files… They really think anyone’s going to believe that?"
