False: Fox News utilized two audio-video feeds for the event
The claims made in the online rumor are false, as social media posts lacked context that PBS News and other prominent media outlets also hosted YouTube videos featuring the loud cheers, Snopes reported.
Moreover, a Fox News spokesperson informed the fact-checking outlet that their networks used two audio-video feeds for the event, including a "network pool feed" that featured less audible cheering and another feed labeled "America250", which was the source of the audio with the louder cheering.

The spokesperson said about the rumor, "This is a blatantly false smear and nothing was altered whatsoever."
Furthermore, an online search showed two PBS News videos on the PBS NewsHour YouTube channel. One was from the "network pool feed", while the other was from the "America250" feed, per the outlet.
One of the PBS News videos depicted the same clip that the online users shared, which lacked the audible cheering sounds, while the second video featured loud cheering, which started at around the 2:14:07 mark.
