Fact Check: Did Stevie Nicks organize rock tour in Charlie Kirk's memory?

WASHINGTON, DC: After conservative icon Charlie Kirk's tragic death on September 10, several rumors circulated online about his tribute. A rumor suggested that many country music legends refused to perform a tribute at the 2026 Super Bowl, but it was later debunked.
Recently, another rumor surfaced online claiming that singer-songwriter Stevie Nicks organized a rock tour in memory of Charlie Kirk. But is there any truth to this? Let's find out below.
Claim: Stevie Nicks organized a rock tour in Charlie Kirk's memory
In late September and early October, a rumor circulated online claiming Stevie Nicks organized a rock tour in memory of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was fatally shot last month.
According to the rumors, Nicks announced the tour's title as "One Nation, One Flag".
A Facebook page named 'Dreams of Stevie' posted, "Stevie Nicks Announces 'One Nation, One Flag' Rock Tour in Memory of Charlie Kirk. 'For My Brother Charlie Kirk.'"

"When Charlie Kirk passed, Stevie Nicks delivered 'Echoes of a Silent Voice' — a song not for acclaim, but for legacy. With every note, she carried the weight of a man's life, a nation's grief, and the hope that truth can stay alive," the post added.
The rumor further spread on other social media platforms, such as TikTok and X.
False: No credible evidence to back the claim
The claims made in the online rumor are false, as there is no credible evidence to prove Stevie Nicks organized a rock tour in memory of Charlie Kirk.
Searches on search engines, such as Bing, DuckDuckGo, Google, and Yahoo, showed no credible news media outlets reporting about Nicks saying or organizing anything Kirk-related.
Moreover, Nicks also shared no posts about Kirk's fatal shooting on her Facebook, Instagram, or X pages, Snopes reported.

Similar rumor about Charlie Kirk-Andy Reid surfaced
In September 2025, an online rumor claimed that Kansas City Chiefs Coach Andy Reid said he would refuse to attend the 2026 Super Bowl over a tribute to Charlie Kirk.
A Facebook post mentioned, "Super Bowl Chaos: Andy Reid Refuses to Attend Over Politically Charged Tribute — NFL in Uproar. This year’s Super Bowl kickoff was supposed to be routine. Instead, Kansas City head coach Andy Reid ignited one of the most explosive controversies in sports history. When Reid reviewed the NFL’s opening ceremony plan, he saw a tribute not to athletes — but to politicians like Charlie Kirk."
"Reid, famed for his leadership on the field, refused to stand by. 'I will lead my team on the field because they’ve earned it', he said, 'but I will not accept an event that tarnishes true patriotism. Don’t turn the Giants game into a clown show'," the post added.
The post also mentioned, "The announcement sent shockwaves through the league. Other NFL veterans are echoing his concerns, warning that the Super Bowl risks becoming more about political agendas than sport, alienating coaches, players, and fans alike. Social media exploded, with supporters praising Reid for taking a stand and critics questioning the league's priorities."
However, this rumor was also debunked as there was no evidence that Andy Reid made any such statement.
