Fact Check: False, no evidence to back the claim

The claim is false. The viral quote and story originated from the X account @HoopsCrave, which clearly identifies itself as a parody account and states that it is "not affiliated with @PopCrave."

No interview, press event, official statement, or credible entertainment news outlet has reported that Zendaya nearly quit 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' or made the remark, "I'm rich, get a double."

Searches conducted around the film's July 31, 2026, release also found no evidence supporting the claim. Instead, the quote appears only in reposts of and reactions to the original parody post.
