The viral image that has been circulating on social media platforms since November 2025 has resurfaced amid the closed-door deposition of Hillary Clinton in the Jeffrey Epstein probe.
The image shows Epstein and Hillary Clinton with former rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs, billionaire investor Bill Gates, rapper Jay-Z, former President Bill Clinton, and late astrophysicist Stephen Hawking near a pool.
While the image was widely shared, claiming to be authentic, many others expressed scepticism and dismissed it as AI-generated.
Fact Check: The image is AI-generated and does not prove ties with Jeffrey Epstein
The photo, however, is made using Artificial Intelligence, as detected by Google’s SynthID detection tool.
The tool can detect all or parts of imperceptible watermarks present in content generated by Google’s AI models.
The image is also not available in the list of newly released Epstein documents by the Department of Justice on January 30.
Hillary Clinton denies Epstein ties and slams Republican probe
During the videotaped interview, which took place in Chappaqua, New York, where the Clintons maintain a residence, Clinton told the House Oversight Committee that she had 'no new information' about Jeffrey Epstein or his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell, while sharply criticizing Republicans for what she described as politically motivated investigations.
“I had no idea about their criminal activities,” Clinton said in an opening statement posted on X and delivered during a closed-door deposition.
“I do not recall ever encountering Mr. Epstein. I never flew on his plane or visited his island home or offices,” she said.
Hillary Clinton accused the committee of 'partisan political theater,' which she said is an 'abdication of duty and an insult to the American people.'
She said the committee had chosen to depose her, even though she said she had never met Epstein and had no knowledge of his crimes, as a way to distract from and cover up President Trump's actions.
