WASHINGTON, DC: A mysterious image appearing to show US President Donald Trump standing with two tall, pale-skinned figures has gone viral on social media, fueling speculation and jokes online. The image shows Trump positioned between the white-haired figures on the White House grounds, prompting users to compare them to Targaryens from Game of Thrones, White Walkers, Nordic aliens, the Matrix twins, and even the mythical Anunnaki. As memes and GIFs spread across social platforms, many users have questioned whether the image is real. Let's fact-check the claim.

Claim: Viral image of Trump standing with pale-skinned figures is real

The rumor appears to have originated from an X post by Tara Bull, who shared an image that quickly attracted millions of views. The image shows a highly realistic scene featuring Donald Trump standing outdoors on what appears to be the White House grounds. Green bushes and trees surround the area, while the White House is blurred in the background.

Trump stands at the center of the image wearing his signature dark blue suit, white dress shirt, and bright red tie, along with an American flag pin on his lapel. His familiar blond hairstyle and serious expression enhance the image's realism as he looks toward one of the figures beside him.

On either side of Trump stand two tall, nearly identical figures with long platinum-white hair extending past their shoulders. They wear elaborate red military-style uniforms decorated with gold embroidery, high collars, epaulets, and gold belts. Their extremely pale skin, sharp facial features, and striking appearance give them an almost supernatural or fantasy-like look.

The image places the figures symmetrically around Trump, with one facing slightly toward him and the other partially turned away. The overall composition combines realistic presidential imagery with fantastical elements, creating a surreal scene that has fueled widespread speculation and discussion.

Fact Check: No evidence shows Trump meeting mysterious individuals on White House grounds

The image shared by Tara Bull is AI-generated and does not show a real event. The post features Donald Trump standing on what appears to be the White House grounds between two tall, pale figures with long white hair and elaborate red military-style uniforms. Accompanied by the caption, “Who are these guys?”, the image suggests a mysterious or unusual encounter. However, there is no evidence that such a meeting ever took place.

No credible news outlets, White House statements, official photographs, or videos show Trump meeting people matching the description of the figures in the image. The picture appears to be a digitally created meme and resembles many AI-generated images featuring Trump that have circulated online in recent years. Searches of reliable official sources found no records supporting the scene shown in the image.

White House events during June 2026 consisted of routine political, diplomatic, and ceremonial activities, such as bill signings and honoring veterans. None involved mysterious individuals dressed in fantasy-style red uniforms.

As the image of Trump standing between two pale figures gained attention online, another similar image also began circulating. That image showed Trump posing with three pale, white-haired figures wearing red coats with gold trim. An X user shared a screenshot of the image and claimed it had been posted and quickly deleted, writing, “Rumors this is a real pic. Concerning… (was posted then deleted).”

Some social media users suggested that the Tara Bull image may have been derived from the earlier image featuring three figures. The same user later posted an "enhanced" version showing Trump standing with only two pale-skinned figures, leading to speculation that the images were digitally altered or AI-generated variations of the same concept.

It is also worth noting that Trump has previously shared and interacted with AI-generated images on social media. As AI-created content becomes more common online, such images can appear realistic and spread widely, even when they do not depict real events.
