Fans disappointed as Beyonce doesn't sing at Kamala Harris' Houston rally: 'Hours in line for nothing'
HOUSTON, TEXAS: Pop icon Beyonce endorsed the Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris by attending a high-octane rally in Houston, but fans were disappointed as she did not perform.
Beyonce said that the country was on the "brink of history" as Harris warned Texas' near-total abortion ban could become the law of the land if GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump is elected, per the Guardian.

Beyonce lends support to Kamala Harris during Houston rally
Beyonce told the crowd in Houston, "For all the men and women in this room, and watching around the country, we need you. It's time for America to sing a new song."
The pop star added that she was not there as a celebrity but as "a mother who cares deeply about the world... a world where we have the freedom to control our bodies."
She added, "A world where we’re not divided. Our past, our present, our future, merge to meet us here. Imagine our daughters growing up seeing what’s possible with no ceilings, and no limitations. Imagine our grandmothers, imagine what they feel right now. Those who have lived to see this historic day."
Beyonce also said, "H-town! We are so happy to be standing here on this stage as proud country Texan women, supporting and celebrating the one and only Vice President Kamala Harris."
She went on to praise Harris, describing her as a woman "who’s been pushing for what this country really needs right now: unity. It’s impossible not to feel the energy in this room—the positivity, the community, the humanity."
Beyonce’s appearance at the Houston rally ended months of speculation over whether the pop icon would publicly endorse the Democratic presidential candidate.
Additionally, Beyonce had reportedly granted approval for her song 'Freedom', centered on Black women’s empowerment, to be used as an anthem for Harris’ 2024 campaign. The 2016 hit 'Freedom' was featured in Harris’ first campaign video ad.
This is hilarious. Half the crowd is booing her because they didn’t get the Beyoncé concert that they were promised. Beyoncé only came out and spoke for a few minutes. They damn sure weren’t there to see Harris. Welcome to Texas Kamala! 🤣

She is being booed at her own rally, Maybe it's time that they realize that Kamala is simply not very skilled at this particular thing. Integrity, honesty, dignity, respect, love of country, and love for the American citizens are all qualities that she is clearly lacking
