UNIVERSITY PARK, PENNSYLVANIA: Thousands of fans at Beaver Stadium paid tribute to conservative influencer Charlie Kirk on Saturday, September 27.

Fans showed their support by wearing Kirk’s iconic white ‘FREEDOM’ T-shirts during the college football matchup, as per New York Post.

Charlie Kirk’s death continues to lead to an outpouring of sorrow among everyone. People across the country are remembering Kirk, and his death is still an effective topic for both social and political discussion.

Now the support was visible at Beaver Stadium in Pennsylvania.

During the college football game between the Penn State Nittany Lions and the Oregon Ducks, the audience cheered while wearing the iconic white shirt, as Oregon was Kirk’s favorite college football team.

The Oregon Ducks emerged victorious, defeating Penn State 30-24.

The shirt, which Kirk famously wore at a Utah Valley University event shortly before his tragic death earlier this month, seems to have become a symbol of his legacy.

Turning Point USA (TPUSA) distributed 5,000 T-shirts to fans attending the game at Beaver Stadium in University Park.

The organization, earlier this week announced the giveaway, saying it was a way to honor Kirk’s love of college football while continuing the mission he championed.

Footage shared online showed a massive line of fans eagerly waiting for the shirts, stretching across multiple sections of the lot, as chants of “USA!” echoed the stadium.

Conservative commentator Benny Johnson said, “In the vein, and in honor of Charlie Kirk, we are going to fight cultural battles, and we are going to win them in an arena that Charlie loved so very much. college football.”

“Turning Point USA, at the game of the week, Penn State versus the Oregon Ducks, this is going to be a massive game. This was a game that Charlie Kirk was going to attend. Charlie Kirk loves Oregon, but he also has a bunch of fans at Penn State and has done huge events there,” Johnson continued.

“Turning Point USA is going to be handing out 5,000 Charlie Kirk freedom shirts at that game.”

Fans react to Charlie Kirk's iconic shirt

Charlie Kirk was also a devoted supporter of the Oregon Ducks, and his iconic T-shirt received the right kind of attention, not just on the field but also on social media.

Videos, news clips, and snaps were shared with emotional comments and reactions.

"Oh man, tears seeing the entire Penn State vs. Oregon game flooded with students rocking Charlie Kirk's "FREEDOM" shirts—what a beautiful tribute! His unbreakable spirit in the fight for truth and liberty inspires us all, even in the toughest times. Carry that fire forward with everything we've got! #ForCharlie #FreedomOverFear #PennState," one user shared.

Another shared, "TPUSA is at Penn State for game day to hand out 5,000 “Freedom” shirts to students and to register new voters. Cliff Maloney (@Maloney) of Citizens Alliance spoke with Bannon this morning and showed the huge crowd already lined up. What an awesome way to honor Charlie Kirk!"

Replying to Benny Johnson, another user commented, "This isn’t just a line for a T-shirt. It’s a line of people who’ve had enough. A mile-long crowd at Penn State waiting to rep Charlie Kirk’s “FREEDOM” shirt… while the media pretends his name is radioactive. You can try to cancel a man, but you can’t cancel a movement."

Another user shared, "Right before the game kicked off, 5,000 shirts were handed out to the crowd. The camera was zooming around, but I’d bet more than just a couple of folks were rocking theirs. Sounds like Charlie Kirk’s Freedom shirt might be stirring something up without you saying a word. Oh, and by the way, a bunch of new Republicans got registered at the game too. "

Someone else quoted, "This is INSANE: The Line to get a Charlie Kirk ‘FREEDOM’ Shirt stretches for a MILE at Penn State today. Check this out. Just INCREDIBLE— look at this!!!"

Another user shared, "Penn State is ROCKING THE RED! 5,000 Freedom T-shirts were already given out to wear in the stadium & hundreds of young people are registering Republican! I saw @bennyjohnson & @ScottPresler there w/ Noah, too...getting the job done for Charlie Kirk!"
