This comes after he revealed plans to host his radio show and Fox News program from studios in West Palm Beach, Florida, in January.

"We are now beginning our first broadcast from my new home and that is in the free state of Florida. I am out. I am done. I'm finished," declared Hannity declared on his iHeartRadio show months ago.

He purchased the 11,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom New York estate for $8 million in 2008, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.

The property, located on Centre Island, spans six acres of lush greenery with numerous trees dotting the landscape and features an 81-foot private dock extending into Oyster Bay, according to the listing.

Nest Seekers International's Shawn Elliot, Zach Elliot, and Allison K Beamer serve as the listing agents for Hannity's property.

The listing highlights the gourmet kitchen as a "culinary haven" with marble countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinets, and a long white center island adorned with comfortable stools.

The dining room, separated from the kitchen for a more intimate setting, boasts white walls with intricate molding and a minimalist chandelier above an eight-person table. For casual meals, there's a breakfast nook with a view of the bay.

Moreover, the living room offers waterfront views through its expansive windows, featuring two white-beige couches complemented by wicker chairs reminiscent of shorehouse decor.

Adjacent to the living room, a set of doors leads to a long, columned porch with grand views of Oyster Bay.

While not mentioned in the listing, a notable feature of the multimillion-dollar property is its bar area, featuring deep blue cabinets, granite countertops with elegant bronze trim, and a variety of cocktail receptacles on display.

The gated grounds surrounding the white and gray residence include a swimming pool, tennis court, par-3 golf course, and a separate putting green, according to the listing.

Despite its luxurious amenities and proximity to New York City, located just 40 miles away, Hannity decided to put the property on the market.

The Oyster Bay area was also once home to Billy Joel, who listed his residence for $49 million in 2023, sparking social media buzz with images of his estate set to his hit song 'Movin' Out'.

Sean Hannity's move to Florida aligns with the state's political climate and values

Hannity's plans to move to Florida were revealed as early as 2021 when he purchased a $5.3 million condo in Palm Beach.

The shift was motivated by his desire to reside in a state with politicians whose values aligned with his own. Hannity even moderated a debate between Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and California Governor Gavin Newsom in 2023.

Former President Donald Trump also resides in Palm Beach at his Mar-a-Lago compound, sharing Hannity's preference for the Sunshine State's political climate.

"For the first time in my adult life, I actually have representatives in the state that I'm living in that share my values," Hannity once remarked on his radio show.
