Their love story began in 2011, when Hayley, then a shop assistant, approached the Hollywood star for an autograph while he was filming 'Britain’s Got Talent.' The pair quickly hit it off, and after five years of dating, David proposed during a romantic beachside picnic in Malibu in 2016.
