Earlier that day, Donald Trump delivered a fiery speech at the Department of Justice, marking his first visit to the agency since taking office. In his address, he accused the DOJ of being a tool for political persecution, referring to it as the “Department of Injustice".

"They weaponized the vast powers of our intelligence agencies to try and thwart the will of the American people," he said.

Speaking about his legal troubles, Trump dismissed the previous criminal cases against him as "bulls**t".

He praised Judge Aileen Cannon for throwing out the classified documents case and insisted that the prosecutors responsible should be jailed, per npr.org.

"The case against me was bulls**t and she correctly dismissed it," Trump said.
