Halle Berry’s daughter Nahla to testify in mom’s ongoing abuse case
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Halle Berry’s daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry will reportedly testify in court as her famous mother fights a legal battle against her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez.
The French actor had accused Berry of choking their son, Maceo, and has also demanded full custody of him.
Halle Berry's daughter Nahla is expected to give her testimony
Now, a Page Six report has claimed that both the actress and Martinez are expected to testify at Los Angeles County Superior Court. In addition, the ‘Catwoman’ star’s 18-year-old daughter, whom she had with model Gabriel Aubry, 50, will also reportedly give her testimony.

If the teenager becomes a witness, her testimony will be heard virtually because of her school.
Halle Berry's daughter calls her 'a loving and devoted parent'
Earlier, Nahla had defended Berry in a court declaration.
She reportedly said, “I have never seen my mom hit, slap, choke, grab, or physically abuse Maceo in any way. I have never seen my mom place her hands around Maceo’s neck, put him in a chokehold, restrict his breathing, or engage in any conduct remotely resembling the allegations that have been made against her.”
The young woman also called the ‘Monster’s Ball’ actress a hands-on mother who attended her half-brother’s “games, drove him to practices and tournaments and advocated for his education.”
“My mom is a loving and devoted parent. She can be strict when necessary and expects her children to follow rules and be respectful. At the same time, she is warm, supportive and deeply involved in our lives. I never observed anything abusive about her parenting,” Nahla asserted.

Maceo testified after his actor dad claimed he 'should have the opportunity to have his voice heard'
Meanwhile, Maceo, 13, himself testified in court for almost four hours on Monday, October 19.
His testimony came after his father filed documents requesting the same. In his request, Martinez stated that the teenager wants to “provide his side of the story.”
“He should have the opportunity to have his voice heard regarding what he experienced that night. If he is prevented from addressing the Court regarding these allegations, I fear that he would be dissuaded from reporting problems or potential abuse in the future,” the ‘Unfaithful’ star added.

Martinez also claimed in his declaration that Berry would try “to prevent our son from addressing the Court directly.”
But he asserted that as a parent, he “wants the truth to come out. I am the parent who does not want to suppress Maceo’s voice. To the extent that Petitioner attempts to prevent our son from speaking with a Judge regarding what happened, I fear this is an attempt to escape culpability for what occurred.”
