‘He can stay in Russia’: Tucker Carlson faces backlash after he calls Moscow ‘nicer’ than any city in US
DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: Tucker Carlson explained his visit to Moscow to interview Russian President Vladimir Putin as "radicalizing", saying the capital city of Russia was much "prettier" than any city in the United States.
Following his interview with Putin last week, Carlson complimented Moscow while speaking at the World Governments Summit in Dubai.

Per a report by Mediaite, the former Fox News host described his visit as "shocking" and "disturbing".
What did Tucker Carlson say about his Moscow visit?
Carlson recounted, “It is so much nicer than any city in my country. I had no idea. My father spent a lot of time there in the ’80s when he worked for the US government and they barely had electricity.”
“And now it is so much cleaner and safer and prettier, aesthetically, its architecture, its food, its service, than any city in the United States that you have to — and this is not ideological — how did that happen? How did that happen?” the 54-year-old conservative political commentator remarked.

Carlson cited Tokyo and numerous other cities as "wonderful places to live" that would undoubtedly surprise Americans.
“At a certain point, I don’t think the average person cares as much about abstractions as the concrete reality of his life. And if you can’t use your subway, for example, as many people are afraid to in New York City because it’s too dangerous, you have to sort of wonder, isn’t that ultimate measure of leadership?” he argued.
Despite many of Tucker Carlson’s peers being outraged by his interview with the Russian leader, the right-wing political pundit further stated that Putin wants to "get out" of his war with Ukraine and will seek a "compromise" with the country that his military invaded.
“First things first, Putin wants to get out of this war. Russia’s industrial potential is a lot more profound than we thought it was,” he said during the summit.
Internet slams Tucker Carlson for suggesting Moscow is nicer than any American city
