WASHINGTON, DC: After shocking text messages emerged indicating that Matt Gaetz had asked a woman to go on a three-day trip to the Florida Keys, she has claimed she had sex with him at a "drug-fueled" orgy that she was paid to attend. However, these charges have not yet been proven.

According to the woman's attorney, who spoke with the Daily Beast, she was reportedly paid to go to several of Gaetz's friends' sex parties and allegedly even had intercourse with the Republican Representative.

Matt Gaetz's spokesperson denies accusations

The startling disclosure comes after Gaetz's spokesperson denied that the congressman knew the lady, following ABC News' finding of text conversations indicating that Gaetz had planned a trip and that his friend Joel Greenberg was paying her to have sex.

According to her attorney, the lady has sent the Justice Department and the House Ethics Committee text messages, pictures, and other evidence. She also testified before the US lawyers in response to a subpoena.

Allegations against Matt Gaetz

The Gaetz case, which also involves accusations of public corruption, soliciting prostitution, habitual hard drug use, bribery or improper gift-giving, campaign finance violations, and displaying nude photos of sexual partners on the House floor, was discussed by the House Ethics Committee during a closed-door meeting on Thursday, February 15.

The woman's lawyer also informed the Daily Beast that in 2021, upon learning that Gaetz was under investigation, she received a call from a male partygoer who was acquainted with Gaetz, asking her to check whether she was talking to anybody about the congressman or the parties.

The lawyer claimed that she believed the purpose of this meeting was to scare her into not disclosing any of the Gaetz-related incidents.
