Honey Boo Boo leaves family worried after declaring she’ll go to college in Colorado only if her BF joins
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The clan of Mama June is worried after Alana 'Honey Boo Boo' Thompson is reportedly prepared to miss college in Colorado because of her boyfriend, Dralin Carswell.
June Shannon’s other daughter Lauryn 'Pumpkin' Shannon told her aunt Jo 'Doe Doe' Shannon in the trailer for the upcoming episode of ‘Mama June: Family Crisis’ that the 18-year-old is adamant about taking Carswell with her as she's set to pursue a nursing degree at Regis University, Daily Mail reported.

However, the 22-year-old man’s alleged DUI and a speeding citation along with other accusations may hamper Honey Boo Boo’s plan.
In the trailer, Lauryn reportedly told her aunt that her younger sister had gotten an email that said “she had a week to decide if she's going to go or not.”

She also revealed, “If she chooses not to answer within a week, the scholarship can be gone,” before noting her dilemma.
“So now I have to figure out about Dralin and s**t,” the 24-year-old mentioned.

But Jo disagreed with her as she claimed, “Who cares about Dralin's stuff. I'm sorry, I like the dude, but this is her future,” before Lauryn interrupted her and added, “But let's be real. Alana's not going to go out there unless he can go out there.”
Later, in a confessional, Jo reportedly shared, “Alana not going to college because of Dralin - I don't think so. She doesn't need to follow in her mama's footsteps.”

She continued, “I mean, that's all June used to do. Well, and still does. Men before anything else.”
“'She cannot follow her mother's footsteps, who followed our mother's footsteps. Let's break the cycle. Stop following the man. Do it on your own,” the aunt added.
As per Daily Mail, the trailer of the reality series further showed Jo questioning her niece Lauryn, “So how the f**k do we get Alana to Colorado in a week?”

Lauryn answered, “I am trying so hard. I just don't know what to do about Dralin and stuff.”
But Jo did not step back as she stated, “Put his a** in a car and go to an attorney or the bail bond or the court or whoever you got to go to and figure something out.”
Lauryn, however, has her own concerns as she asked, “What if Alana doesn't want me to get involved?”
Jo still asserted, “Who cares? She'll get over it when she's working in a field that's her passion, making a bank. She'll be grateful. 'Oh my God, thank you for doing that.'”
