'Not exactly the fancy ride I was hoping for': Honey Boo Boo shares her feelings about family's graduation gift

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Reality TV star Honey Boo Boo, whose real name is Alana Thompson, has opened up about her true feelings regarding the graduation gift that she received from her family.

In a clip from a recent episode of ‘Mama June: Family Crisis’ the 18-year-old star can be seen getting surprised by her family members.

In the latest series titled ‘Mama June: Family Crisis’, Honey Boo Boo celebrated her high school graduation and was gifted a pink car by her family members, per The Sun.

What does Alana Thompson think about her gift?

In the clip from the show, Alana can be seen getting a huge surprise as she visits her sister, Lauryn 'Pumpkin' Efrid's home after her graduation.

The camera then filmed her walking toward the back of the house when her family members yelled exuberantly, “Surprise.” It led Alana’s attention toward her customized pink new Honda.

Mama June was then seen speaking to Alana, "See? We got you a pink car and all." Alana replied joyfully, "Oh wow! Let me go get in it.”

As the audience was shown footage of the car, Mama June was heard saying, "I'm ready for you to take me for a ride!"

She has also custom-fitted the car with seat covers, and wheel covers among others. A pink toy was attached to the air vent of the car as well. 

Alana Thompson said it wasn't the gift she was hoping for

While the footage from the series showed Alana happy with her gift, in a confessional she admitted it wasn't the gift she was looking for.

The young reality star admitted, “It's not exactly the fancy ride I was hoping for," before explaining she wanted a more luxurious car.

Nevertheless, she admired her new car and heaped praise on the pink color of the vehicle. She said, "But I love my new car. It's my favorite color.”

She added, "Pink goes with everything, okay? I'm gonna go around, get my pink nails, get my pink toes in my pink car! Love it."

Honey Boo needs to get her license

In a separate fun-filled segment of the show, Lauryn was seen waiting patiently for her sister to thank them for the gift.

As she was nudged, Alana rolled her eyes and said, "I guess I can tell you thank you. I do appreciate my little car, but the best part is that I don't have any car payments."

The sisters also touched upon the subject of her not being able to drive her own car, with Lauryn sounding hopeful, "Well see now all you have to do is get your license."

Alana’a graduation party also had her late sister Anna 'Chickadee' Cardwell in attendance.
