ORLANDO, FLORIDA: According to reports, 'Mama' June Shannon is taking her late daughter Anna 'Chickadee' Cardwell's remains to the 'happiest place on earth' as part of a family vacation.

According to sources close to her family, the 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' alum intended to spend Christmas in Disney World with her relatives, including Anna, and they are proceeding with their holiday plans despite their terrible loss.

The 44-year-old reality star is traveling to Orlando, Florida, in compliance with her daughter's final desires, while being sued by Anna's ex-husband, Michael Cardwell, for custody of her granddaughter Kaitlyn, as reported by TMZ on Saturday, December 23.

'Mama' June to take daughter Anna Cardwell's ashes to 'feel like she is there'

Sources close to the family claimed that they had discussed the idea of spending Christmas together at Disney World before Anna's tragic death.

The family has chosen to move forward with their plan despite their devastating loss, and they have already hired a property for the week in the Orlando region.

According to reports, her family would use a small urn to hold part of Anna's ashes at their Orlando, Florida, vacation property so that they could "feel like she is there," per Page Six.

The group that is traveling to the 'Happiest Place on Earth' includes Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efird and her family, Anna's daughter Kaitlyn, 11, Mama June, her daughter Alana 'Honey Boo Boo' and her boyfriend Dralin Carswell.

An invitation has also been sent to Kylee, Anna's child with her ex-husband Michael, though it is not known if she will be joining the rest of the family.

Although the family will not carry Anna's ashes to the theme park, Kaitlyn wants to wear her new necklace—which has a portion of her mother's remains—when they go to Disney World.

As per TMZ, the family has already given Anna's children iPads, honoring Anna's wishes.

Since Anna's death, the family has not posted anything on social media; however, earlier in a video, 'Mama' June invited her fans to bring cards or gifts to her Gordon, Georgia PO Box.

That video reportedly prompted June's ex-brother-in-law, Lee 'Uncle Poodle' Thompson, to accuse the 'Toddlers and Tiaras' star of attempting to take custody of Kaitlyn to further her own agenda.

Anna Cardwell's ex Michael Cardwell suing 'Mama' June for custody of Kaitlyn

After Anna's untimely death, Mama June is expected to take custody of her 11-year-old granddaughter, Kaitlyn, as previously reported by Radar Online.

The father of the young girl and Anna's ex-husband, Michael, is currently engaged in a legal battle with June to get custody of Kaitlyn, his stepchild.

According to reports, Michael, who was married to Anna in 2014 and 2017, claimed to have "engaged in consistent caretaking of the child and established a bonded and dependent relationship with the child."

He claimed to have "fully and completely undertaken a permanent, unequivocal, committed, and responsible parental role" for Kaitlyn in a recent court filing.

In addition, Michael asserted that "June’s presence in the minor child’s life has been inconsistent."

On the other hand, Anna had moved on from that relationship before she died. Before ending her fight with cancer, she secretly married her boyfriend, Eldridge Toney, on March 4 in Wilkinson County, Georgia.
