Hulk Hogan uses signature shirt rip move to whip up crowd as he calls Trump his 'hero' at RNC appearance

MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN: Former WWE star Hulk Hogan appeared on stage at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee on Thursday, July 18, delivering a dramatic display of support for Donald Trump.

Hogan flaunted his muscular and bronzed physique as he ripped off his shirt, unveiling a vest emblazoned with the names of Trump and his running mate JD Vance.

Hulk Hogan appeared incredibly energized during his debut at a political convention, WION reported.

He began by introducing himself with his well-known WWE stage catchphrase, "Well let me tell you something, brother." Hulk Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, continued, "I didn't come here as Hulk Hogan."

"But I just want to give you a taste. I'm here tonight because I want the world to know that Donald Trump is a real hero. Somebody took a shot at my hero, and they tried to kill the next president of the United States," he added.

To thunderous cheers, Hogan declared, "Enough was enough," and began to rip off his shirt.

The crowd erupted in applause at his next statement, "And I say, let Trumpmania run wild brother, let Trumpmania rule again, let Trumpmania make America Great Again."



 

As Hogan performed on stage and said those things, Trump was beaming and even blew a kiss at the former WWE star.



 

The next person to take the stage was Franklin Graham, president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, who declared, "I have the hardest job tonight—I have to follow Hulk Hogan."

Hulk Hogan's fans praise his appearance at RNC 

As soon as the video of Hulk Hogan tearing his shirt at the RNC went viral, social media users could not keep calm. One social media user wrote, "Such an epic moment! And he’s 70 years old. Looks amazing!"



 

Another user added, "Hulk Hogan’s still got it, brother!"



 

One commentator wrote, "What an incredible moment at the RNC! Hulk Hogan is bringing the energy."



 

"The Hulk got the room rocking," a person remarked.
