WASHINGTON, DC: Rep. Robert Garcia on Sunday, December 17, took a jibe at ex-president Donald Trump, during an interview with MSNBC. He said that Trump "is a criminal and a conman and he controls half of the congress".

During the interview, he said, "It's crazy that someone who has been indicted in 91 different counts is controlling the modern-day Republican party. This person is a criminal and a conman and he controls half of the congress."



 

Internet backs Robert Garcia

Many people on Twitter/X supported Robert Garcia for what he said about Donald Trump.

The former president was on a trip through early states where candidates are seeking to secure the nomination, and he used his commanding lead in the polls over a shrinking group of GOP contenders to justify his visit to Durham.

"We are going to crush crooked Joe Biden next November, and we are going to win the New Hampshire primary," Trump declared, assuring his supporters that following Iowa's kickoff caucuses, their state will still hold the country's first primary.
