WASHINGTON, DC: President Joe Biden recently delivered a massive raise for federal civilian employees to close out 2023, with a more than a five per cent on average hike in their wages, a report by Townhall stated.

This is also reportedly the biggest pay bump for bureaucrats in more than 40 years

This report was also shared by Fox News host Mark Levin, who was deeply unimpressed by Biden’s recent move and dubbed him “the clown president.”

In addition to the new label for the President, Levin has also called this move a “dictatorial fiat.”

Following the Fox News hosts’ take on Biden’s pay bump for bureaucrats, the internet weighed in on the same as the backlash against Biden continued to mount.

Mark Levin takes a dig at President Joe Biden

On X, formerly known as Twitter, Fox News host Mark Levin shared the report by Townhall, titled, 'Biden Giving Bureaucrats 'Historic' Raise.'

In addition to reporting on the pay bump, Townhall also noted that amid the recent move by President Joe Biden, “American families struggle to make ends meet under the effects of ‘Bidenomics.’” This was also resonated in Levin’s take on the matter.

The Fox News host wrote, “As Americans struggle under Bidenomics, the clown president issues another dictatorial fiat. This time jacking up salary increases for federal bureaucrats by the highest amount in 40 years.”

More key details on the raise were highlighted which also noted that for the close to 2.2 million people in the federal workforce, the pay bump is 0.6 percentage points higher than last year's increase.

Internet reacts to Mark Levin’s latest remarks on Joe Biden

After Fox News host Mark Levin shared his take on Joe Biden’s latest move of “jacking up salary increases for federal bureaucrats,” the internet was quick to weigh in on the same.

One user wrote, “This is why he will not win!” and another wrote, “He needs votes.”

“Well he just paid for the federal worker vote,” wrote one user, and another opined, “Unbelievable but not surprised.”

People continued to weigh in with their opinions on Biden’s move which has been criticized by Levin as one user wrote, “He is a loser,” and another wrote, “What a waste! That money should be going towards another tax cut for the wealthy!”
