NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: In the most recent Monmouth University Poll, President Joe Biden has experienced the lowest approval rating of his presidency.

This is likely to heighten Democrats' anxieties about their potential candidate for the 2024 elections.

This national public opinion survey indicates that only a little over one-third of Americans approve of President Biden's performance in the White House.

The Monmouth University Poll, disclosed on Monday, December 18, revealed that the president's approval stands at 34%, while 61% express dissatisfaction with his job performance, marking the lowest point in Biden's approval ratings in Monmouth polling since he assumed office nearly three years ago.

After the poll results were released, Fox News host Sean Hannity took to X (formerly Twitter) to report on Biden's slipping approval rating. Many X users also slammed the POTUS alongside Hannity.

Sean Hannity trolls Joe Biden over falling approval ratings

Fox News host Sean Hannity took to X and wrote, “NEW-LOW JOE! Monmouth Poll Has Biden at 34% Approval, Lowest of Presidency; Poll. Biden continues to slip in the polls…”

Hannity’s tweet featured an article from his official website titled, “NEW-LOW JOE! Monmouth Poll Has Biden at 34% Approval, Lowest of Presidency; Poll.”

The article on his website drew a comparison of Biden's previous approval ratings, pointing to a downward trend leading up to the new low.

Hannity's website pointed out that, according to the pollster, the president had 44% approval in July, which then dropped to 38% in September and 34% in December.

Notably, on Sunday, 17 December, a reporter in Wilmington, Delaware, asked Biden why he was losing to former President Donald Trump, to which the POTUS said, “You’re reading the wrong polls.”

Internet slam Joe Biden over approval ratings

After Sean Hannity reported on Joe Biden’s falling approval ratings, many X users expressed their frustration and trolled the president.

One person wrote, “Sleepy joe is sleepin on the polls,” and another added, “What is scary is that it’s that high.”

One X user simply slammed Biden, saying, “Biden’s polling numbers are in the toilet,” and another had a similar opinion, “Joe continues to slip period!”

Someone also wrote, “And he should, he has made this Country a real mess.”

Another took a brutal jibe at the POTUS, saying, “It’s impossible 34% of people think Biden’s doing a good job. He’s horrible in everything his administration does.”
