NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News host Laura Ingraham recently took a brutal jab at GOP candidate Nikki Haley, calling her CNN’s Iowa town hall “deadly boring.”

The former UN Ambassador Haley had several noteworthy moments during her participation in an Iowa town hall hosted by CNN on Thursday, January 4.

This came following the Iowa caucuses to be held on January 15 as Haley discussed her strategy for surpassing former President Donald Trump, who currently holds a prominent position as the frontrunner in the race for the Republican nomination.

She also addressed recent controversial remarks she made on the campaign trail, touching on topics such as slavery and the Iowa caucuses.

However, Haley was torched by the internet as many X users slammed her, calling her “phony”, and “boring”, and some claimed that they are “sick of her” on Ingraham’s tweet.

Fox News host Laura Ingraham took to X and wrote, “This Nikki Haley town hall is deadly boring.  A lot of hand gesticulation, but from what I see, the audience is barely reacting. She’s most passionate about Ukraine.”

This came after the former UN Ambassador and Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley had notable moments at a CNN-hosted Iowa town hall.

She discussed strategies to surpass ex-President Donald Trump, the current front-runner, and addressed recent controversial remarks about slavery and the Iowa caucuses during the campaign.

When questioned about her strategy to surpass Trump, who maintains a strong lead in polls despite Haley's recent momentum in New Hampshire and Iowa, the former South Carolina governor highlighted polls suggesting her potential victory in a one-on-one contest against President Joe Biden.

She said, “I defeat Biden by 17 points,” referring to a recent poll and adding that she would perform better than Trump and Ron DeSantis in a hypothetical November contest against POTUS.

“If you win by double digits, you go into Washington with a mandate… It is time to move past President Trump,” Haley added.

While addressing the escalating crisis at the southern border, Haley criticized Biden's handling, labeling it "truly a dereliction of duty."

She also condemned the administration's response to Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's initiatives to secure the state against the influx of migrants crossing the Rio Grande.

She exclaimed, "Are you kidding me?" in response to Biden's attempts to remove razor wire placed at the border as a preventive measure.

She also praised Abbott’s bussing migrants to sanctuary cities, touched on the issue of slavery and race, and defended her recent comments on the Iowa caucuses.

Internet says ‘we are tired of’ Nikki Haley

After Laura Ingraham mocked Nikki Haley’s Iowa town hall, many X users also slammed the GOP candidate.

One person wrote, “She is boring and We the People are sick of her,” and another said, “She seems phony.”

An X user simply called out Haley, “It's like watching a mime give a lecture on quantum physics — you know there's passion, but all that hand-waving just isn't translating.”

One more person took a brutal jab at Haley, “Her gesturing gives me the impression that she's scolding us minions. She's having trouble "selling" her Ukraine position,” and another wrote, “Haley is a reject! The military war machine desperately wants her in office.”

“She is terrible!  And grating!” trolls another user.
