WASHINGTON, DC: A fresh witness may reportedly provide testimony that Fani Willis issued a warning to boyfriend Nathan Wade's ex-business partner not to discuss their affair in light of shocking new court filing allegations.

Willis is alleged to have warned Terrence Bradley in a September 2023 phone call by saying, "They are coming after us. You don’t need to talk to them about anything about us."

Cobb County, Georgia, prosecutor Cindi Lee Yeager overheard the call, according to court documents co-defendant David Schafer of Trump submitted on Monday.

District Attorney Willis of Fulton County is fighting to remain in her position in charge of the case involving electoral meddling in which Donald Trump and 18 other people are accused.

She has been charged with maintaining a romantic relationship with Wade, the special prosecutor she appointed, while concealing it from the court, therefore, creating a conflict of interest. Under oath, Willis and Wade have stated that their romantic relationship ended in 2022 or 2023, well after the case began.

Bradley asserted on the witness stand last week at a hearing to determine whether to remove Willis from office that he had no 'knowledge' of the two prosecutors' dating history. However, the document states that Yeager would testify under oath that this contradicted what Bradley personally informed Yeager, namely that the relationship started in 2019 during Willis's DA candidacy.

In November 2021, Willis recruited Wade to oversee the Trump prosecution. Bradley also texted the attorney of another co-defendant of Trump, stating that they were 'absolutely' dating. When presented with this information during the stand, Bradley murmured, "Oh, dang."

Yeager is ready to provide testimony. According to Monday's filing, Bradley informed her that Wade "had definitively begun a romantic relationship with Ms Willis during the time that Ms. Willis was running for District Attorney in 2019 through 2020."

Yeager "became concerned as a result of the fact that what Mr. Bradley testified to on the witness stand was directly contrary to what Mr Bradley had told Ms Yeager in person" after viewing Bradley's testimony, according to the filing on Monday.
