NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News host Jesse Watters recently revealed on live TV that his mother did not invite him for Thanksgiving dinner after Donald Trump won the 2024 presidential election.

He made the remarks on Monday, November 11, on the 'Jesse Watters Primetime' on Fox News as the prominent primetime anchor showcased how competitor networks were reporting on Trump, Thanksgiving, and politically mixed families, according to The Wrap.

Jesse Watters says his mother didn't invite him for Thanksgiving dinner

The Primetime host said, "Yup, people are taking some space in the Watters household. I’ll have you know that I was not invited to my mother’s house for Thanksgiving. Apparently there wasn’t enough room."

He added, "She said it was a scheduling situation, and then at the last second, invited me to come over on Black Friday. I told her, 'No thanks, I’ll be at Best Buy'."

Meanwhile, journalist Jonathan Capehart asked in a Sunday segment, "How do we move forward when we know that people in their families who voted for him, they work with people who voted for him, they live next to people who voted for him?"

He added, "What do you, how do we, how should we deal with those neighbors, coworkers, family members?"

Jesse Watters told his wife voting for Kamala Harris would be like 'having an affair'

Jesse Watters revealed during a segment of 'The Five' that if his wife secretly voted for Kamala Harris, it would be "like having an affair", according to Independent.

The panel was discussing a Harris campaign ad voiced by actress Julia Roberts in October, suggesting to women that they can vote for the Democratic nominee without telling their Trump-backing husbands.

Interestingly, Watters admitted in 2018 that his relationship with his now-wife Emma DiGiovine began as an affair during his first marriage.

Watters said, "If I found out Emma was going to the voting booth and pulling the lever for Harris, that’s the same thing as having an affair. That violates the sanctity of our marriage. What else is she keeping from me? What is she lying about?"

He asked, "Why would she do that and vote Harris? Why would she say she was voting… If I caught her and she said 'I lied to you for the last four years'."
