WILMINGTON, DELAWARE: Former president Joe Biden posted what was supposed to be a sweet family photo on Easter Sunday, but was hit with photoshop allegations.

The now-viral image, shared on X (formerly Twitter), showed the Biden family perched on the steps of their Delaware home. Noticeably missing was his son Hunter Biden, but his absence wasn’t the only thing people were questioning.

Was Joe Biden photoshopped into his Easter family photo?

Joe Biden, 82, was bizarrely seated at the top of the steps in a crisp blue suit, but social media sleuths weren’t buying it. The photo raised eyebrows on social media as eagle-eyed users dissected every pixel.

“I feel like Biden was photoshopped into this sweet pic of his family, like do you usually wear a tie, on Easter Sunday when you are surrounded by your family?" one user questioned.

Another chimed in, “I mean this is obviously photoshopped right? Is he supposed to be standing? Crouching down? This doesn’t even look like a plausible physical position guys.”

And then came the full forensic breakdown. “This is photoshop. Biden face is brightly lit from top/bottom. Everyone else’s is diffused (shaded) Biden has no discernible shadow. Jill casts a shadow, Biden does not. Super awkward body position. Head size doesn’t match depth line. Is [Joe Biden] alive?” a comment read.

Even Jill Biden didn’t escape suspicion—her hair appeared oddly warped on one side, conveniently where Joe’s suit is hovering, the New York Post noted.

One detail that really sent folks spiraling was Joe Biden’s arm. “Is your forearm 4ft long?” someone jabbed. “With your arm at that angle, it’s physically impossible for those to be your fingers. Who the hell is doing this crappy Photoshop job?”

Another was absolutely not buying the pose. "Mind telling us which yoga pose you were holding in your suit when this photo was taken? It has to be lower than being on your knees, so was it some sort of power squat...or was there a large hole in the porch for you to stand in?" they asked.

Tennessee Star’s Tom Pappert couldn’t get past the outfit choice. “Why is Biden wearing a full suit and tie and TV makeup for this loving family photo?” he wondered.

While some came to Biden's defense, even they had their doubts. One user posted, “I don’t think Biden was actually photoshopped into this pic (the hand is on the guy’s back in front of him), but he still looks as photoshopped as they come. If they were gonna photoshop him in, they would definitely have made it look less obvious.”

Another pointed to the weird physical setup. “Dude, all politics aside, this is so bizarre. I don’t understand the [special] arrangement of Joe in this picture. Everyone in the back row of the photo, except Joe, appears to be sitting. So why isn’t he towering over them? Are we supposed to believe he’s sitting or something?”

Biden has largely been ghosting the public eye since the Democrats’ 2024 loss. He did make a rare appearance in Chicago last week to give a speech on Social Security.
