NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: President Joe Biden's approval rating has reached its lowest point on record for a US president in the last 15 years, as per a recent ABC News poll.

The national survey, conducted by Langer Research Associates with fieldwork by Ipsos Public Affairs through its online, probability-based KnowledgePanel, indicates that Biden's approval rating stands at just 31 per cent.

The poll also reveals that 58 per cent of respondents disapprove of the job Biden is doing as president.

This marks a lower approval rating than even former President Donald Trump's lowest during his time in office, which was 36 per cent, according to ABC News.

Additionally, it represents the lowest approval rating since the mid-2000s during former President George W Bush's administration.

Following this news, Fox News host Sean Hannity took to X, formerly known as Twitter to report on POTUS’ plunging ratings.

Many internet users also mocked Biden and called him out saying, "he’s finished."

Sean Hannity reports on Joe Biden’s plunging ratings

Fox News anchor Sean Hannity took to X and wrote, “POTUS PLUNGE! Joe Has Worst Approval Rating of Any President in Last 15 Years: Poll.”

Hannity’s tweet presented an article from his official website which revealed that a recent ABC News poll indicated President Joe Biden is experiencing the worst approval rating of any President in the last 15 years as he’s sitting at just 31 per cent approval.

Moreover, a mere 18 per cent of respondents approve of Biden's handling of immigration at the southern border, marking a significant decline from his approval rating on the issue in the spring.

ABC News reports that this places Biden with the lowest approval ranking on immigration for any US president featured in past ABC News/Washington Post polls that asked a version of the same question since January 2004.

Notably, the current approval rating on immigration is only half of what it was earlier in the year.

According to the poll, a mere 13 per cent of Americans feel they are better off financially since Biden took office.

Contrarily, 43 per cent of respondents, following a 37-year record set in September, stated that they are not as well off, and 41 per cent reported being about the same financially since the current administration began.

ABC News highlighted a contrast during the middle of Trump's term when only 13 per cent, one-third as many people as under Biden, expressed that they were not as well off as before he took office, replacing former President Barack Obama.

In terms of Biden's handling of the economy, the poll indicates that only 31 per cent of respondents approve, while a majority, 56 per cent, disapprove.

Internet slam Joe Biden over his dipped approval ratings

After Sean Hannity mocked Joe Biden following his dipped approval ratings, many X users also trolled the POTUS.

One person wrote, “Why 15 years? Should be 50 years,” and another said, “Joe is finished, seriously.”

An X user slammed Biden, “He is the worst president EVER,” and another wrote, “His approval rating is still way too high.”

One more person took a brutal jab at Biden, “I guess he'll need to take another vacation to think about that and to find a strategy for his campaign,” and another said, “And that will likely go down more.”
