Joe Scarborough mocks JD Vance's 'due process' rant, thanks Jesus they went to different law schools

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: 'Morning Joe' host Joe Scarborough roasted Vice President JD Vance for his recent online rant and thanked Jesus for sending them to different law schools.
Vance, who graduated from Yale Law School, posted a lengthy rant on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, April 15, accusing the media and the "far left" of "weeping over the lack of due process" in Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s case, per The Daily Beast.

Joe Scarborough mocks JD Vance for his rant on 'due process'
In his rant, JD Vance wrote, "The President has successfully stopped the inflow of illegal aliens, and now we must deport the people who came here illegally."
He accused the media and the "far left," saying, "They don’t want border security. They don’t want us to deport the people who’ve come into our country illegally."
"When the media and the far left obsess over an MS-13 gang member and demand that he be returned to the United States for a *third* deportation hearing, what they're really saying is they want the vast majority of illegal aliens to stay here permanently," he wrote.
Consider that Joe Biden allowed approximately 20 million illegal aliens into our country. This placed extraordinary burdens on our country--our schools, hospitals, housing, and other essential services were overwhelmed. On top of that, many of these illegal aliens committed…

The vice president asserted, "President Trump and I will not stand for it."
During the Wednesday broadcast of 'Morning Joe', Scarborough mocked Vance and said that even a "simple country lawyer" like himself could understand the importance of due process, per the outlet.
He called the vice president’s online outburst "unbelievable," especially "for a guy that went to Yale Law School."
"I don’t know what they taught at Yale, I can tell you in southern state schools, they taught something called due process. Right?" Scarborough added.
In his rant, the vice president was responding to the Supreme Court's ruling that the Trump administration must facilitate Abrego Garcia’s return to the US.

Moreover, a judge presiding over Abrego Garcia’s case accused the Trump administration of dragging its feet on complying with the order following the ruling.
The MSNBC host, who attended the University of Alabama and the University of Florida’s law school, admitted that he was rejected by Yale Law School. However, he is now grateful for the rejection, per The Daily Beast.

During the broadcast, Scarborough said, "I guess I should thank Jesus, as Holy Week, that I went to a law school that actually taught due process because the Supreme Court has actually followed the Constitution of the United States. We also read that in southern state schools."
The former Florida representative added, "I don’t know what they did like in the uppity schools that the vice president and everybody in that administration went to. But we actually read the constitution in Alabama, and we read the constitution in Florida."
He also mentioned that how Vance posted the rant after the Supreme Court ruled against the administration's plan to "grab and whisk away" people they didn’t want in the country was "unbelievable."
Joe Scarborough slammed Donald Trump and JD Vance for teaming up against Volodymyr Zelensky
Joe Scarborough previously slammed President Donald Trump and JD Vance for going after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's Oval Office attire.
During a March episode of 'Morning Joe', Scarborough said, "Fascinating that JD Vance, I guess maybe for the first time, decided to just jump in to a meeting and take over a meeting where Donald Trump was running that meeting."
He continued, "So many things deeply disturbing about that meeting, but you don’t have to take that from me."
"Just look at Marco Rubio slouched on the couch when the question is asked of a man who has been enduring the most horrific of slaughter from Russian troops over the past three years," the MSNBC host questioned.
"Watching people he knew and loved killed and watching the country that he loves invaded by Russian invaders asked if he was wearing a suit, why he was not wearing a suit. Interesting, Winston Churchill never asked that question," Scarborough added.
