NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: During the White House press briefing on Tuesday, Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy criticized the Biden Administration, alleging that they have implemented policies making it easier for illegal migrants to enter the country.

Doocy's inquiries closely follow the Supreme Court's decision allowing the Biden Administration to dismantle the razor wire installed by Texas Governor Greg Abbott along the southern border.

Following this news, Fox News host Sean Hannity took to X, formerly known as Twitter to report on the issue.

Apparently, several people on the internet also bashed Kirby and slammed him brutally.

Sean Hannity reports on Peter Doocy blasting John Kirby

Fox News anchor Sean Hannity took to X and wrote, “DOOCY BLASTS KIRBY! 'Why Are You Making it Easier for People to Enter the Country Illegally? [WATCH].”

Hannity’s tweet featured an article from his official website which reported the argument between White House National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby and the Fox News correspondent.

Peter Doocy was questioned about securing Supreme Court approval to dismantle the razor wire that Texas had installed along the US-Mexico border.

During the briefing, Doocy asked Kirby, “Why are you guys making it easier for people to enter the country illegally?"

Kirby responded and asked Doocy, “I don't believe we are. Why do you think we are?"

Doocy said, “Well, you guys sued to cut razor wire that was put in place by Texas officials."

Kirby interjected, “So that the Border Patrol could actually do their jobs, but keep going."

The exchange refers to the recent development where the divided Supreme Court, on Monday, granted permission, at least temporarily, for Border Patrol agents to resume cutting the razor wire that Texas had installed along a segment of the US-Mexico border.

This particular area has become a focal point of the escalating conflict between the Biden administration and the state of Texas over immigration enforcement.

Reports indicated that Texas Governor Greg Abbott had granted authorization for the installation of razor wire, among a set of measures implemented by the three-term Republican to tackle the challenge of illegal border crossings from Mexico.

According to his spokesperson, the removal of razor wire and other deterrents is believed to encourage migrants to attempt unsafe crossings, making the task of Texas border personnel more challenging.

Doocy again challenged Kirby, “Well, you won in court. So now what? The Border Patrol union president is saying the Supreme Court's decision is going to undoubtedly more illegal immigration. Do you guys know better than the Border Patrol union?"

Kirby replied, “The Border Patrol needed access, and that's why we sued to get rid of that razor wire so that they could do their jobs. And you know what would also help them do their jobs, Peter? More Border Patrol agents."

He continued, "There's an idea. And if you go back to the supplemental request that we put in, there's money in there for some 1,300 additional Border Patrol agents. We want to help them do their jobs. We want to give them more resources. And the answer we keep getting back from House Republicans is no, no, no."

When asked if razor wire works to deter border crossings, Kirby said, “Does razor wire work for what? Does it work for the Border Patrol to allow them to have the access they need to be able to better process people that are trying to get across the border? I don't think so. And that's why we asked for it to be removed."

Internet mocks John Kirby, calls him a 'liar'

After Peter Doocy blasted John Kirby, many X users slammed the latter.

One person wrote, “Looks like Kirby stroked out with that question 😜,” and another added, “Kirby needs to go today.”

An X user simply slammed Kirby, “Kirby's only answers - It's the Republicans fault, and We are monitoring the situation closely...That's all he ever says ...Oh and Ukraine more money...” and another said, “Kirby needs to be charged with treason. Im as much as an admiral is this used car salesman.”

One more person called out Kirby, “Kirby lies with passionate precision 🐍🐍🐍,” and another wrote, “Kirby lied and skillfully talked around the question because he knows a large percentage of Americans aren't smart enough to know or care.”
