LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Justin Baldoni may be planning to file another lawsuit after suing The New York Times on December 31.

This time, the actor is reportedly thinking of directly hitting his ‘It Ends With Us’ co-star Blake Lively after she accused him of harassment and creating a toxic work environment on the movie set.

Lively first filed a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department against Baldoni but, on December 31, she went on to launch a lawsuit against the 40-year-old director in New York federal court.

Justin Baldoni sued NYT for $250 million

This came after Justin Baldoni, in his $250 lawsuit against The New York Times for its December 21 article titled 'We Can Bury Anyone: Inside a Hollywood Smear Machine', alleged, “The Times story relied almost entirely on Lively’s unverified and self-serving narrative.”

In the 87-page complaint in the Los Angeles Superior Court, he also accused the publication of “disregarding an abundance of evidence that contradicted her claims and exposed her true motives.”

But the media company defended itself, claiming their story “was meticulously and responsibly reported.”

It continued, “It was based on a review of thousands of pages of original documents, including the text messages and emails that we quote accurately and at length in the article.”

“To date, Wayfarer Studios, Mr Baldoni, the other subjects of the article, and their representatives have not pointed to a single error. We published their full statement in response to the allegations in the article as well. We plan to vigorously defend against the lawsuit,” it added.
