LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: A Kardashian-family stalker who’s reportedly obsessed with Kylie Jenner has now been asked to remain at least 100 yards away from them.

The new order came after the famous family requested a permanent restraining order against Kyle Robert DeWick, 40, who’s accused of making multiple unwanted visits to Kylie's home in 2021 and has also allegedly lately tried to “get close to” her sisters and mother, Kris Jenner.

Kardashian family accuses Kyle Robert DeWick of trespassing

The Kardashians were given a temporary restraining order in May, but now it’s been changed to permanent, which is valid till July 31, 2029.

As per the new court directive, DeWick cannot just go near the Kylie Cosmetics founder, but he’s also to stay away from Kris, Kendall, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, and their brother Robert. The man cannot even try to get their addresses.

As per the Daily Mail, DeWick’s alleged stalker activities began when he attempted to meet Kylie several times in 2021. He was even arrested by cops “for trespassing” on his fifth try.

Alleged stalker accuses Kris Jenner of encouraging him to fall in love with Kylie Jenner

Legal documents submitted by Kris reportedly included a copy of the federal petition DeWick filed against her in 2024.

It read, “I was encouraged to fall in love with someone who publicly stated they agreed, who still publicly states they are in love with me, but chose to impregnate themselves without me, as an affront, further complicating the public perception and protections provided to me as an individual.”

But the 70-year-old matriarch slammed it, claiming, “Kyle Robert Dewick is a stalker. I have no relationship whatsoever with him.”

Kris Jenner mentions 'severe emotional distress' due to the alleged stalker

Kris also mentioned in her filing that the alleged stalker’s “claims and his anger at me are extremely concerning” and that she’s suffering “severe emotional distress and anxiety” because of him.

As per the momager, in the past few months, DeWick tried to “get close” to her family by getting in contact with realtors about properties for sale “either by my family or near my family.”

Kris also accused the man of gaining “access to my community and tour[ing] a home within a mile of my home and my children's homes.”

Kris Jenner filing includes a security person's findings against the stalker

In her court filing, the mother of six reportedly included a declaration of John Romero, the director of investigations at the private security firm, whom she hired for her protection.

As per Romero, DeWick had toured a house “adjacent” to Kim’s and also made “pointed inquiries” about the people residing there before making an offer.

The security person reportedly added in his declaration that the accused’s legal history was dark as he allegedly “broke into a residence” and attacked a 21-year-old man with a bedside lamp as he was sleeping.
