WASHINGTON, DC: White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt offered a glimpse into her dual role as both the White House press secretary and a new mother while celebrating her first 100 days in office with a candid Instagram post.

Karoline Leavitt shares post of son visiting White House

Karoline Leavitt captioned the post, “The first 100 days: mom & press sec edition,” sparking an outpouring of support from followers, who praised her ability to balance a demanding public career with the responsibilities of early motherhood.

Leavitt and her husband, 60-year-old real estate magnate Nicolas Riccio, welcomed Niko in July 2024, just months before she assumed the press secretary role under President Donald Trump’s administration.

The couple, whose 32-year age gap has attracted public attention, married in January 2025.

Navigating the balance of motherhood and career, she spoke candidly about the challenges and the guilt that often comes with it, a feeling many working mothers can relate to. “I think every working mother understands the demands. No matter where you are, what you're doing, there is a sense of guilt,” she said, as per Mirror US.

Karoline Leavitt was hailed by her followers after her recent social media posts offered a glimpse into her White House life and how she manages work with motherhood.

One user commented on her Instagram post, “Boy am I loving this pro-life, pro-women, pro-family administration! And to do what you are doing at your age and so ELOQUENTLY. Such a role model for all women and young girls!”

Another added, “Greatest Press Secretary.”
