Katie Holmes, 47, shares rare photo with new boyfriend Jason Bard Yarmosky on his 39th birthday
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Katie Holmes celebrated her new boyfriend Jason Bard Yarmosky’s birthday by sharing a photo of them on her Instagram page.
Romance rumors surrounding Holmes and the 39-year-old began in mid-2026 after they were spotted together at the July screening of ‘The Invite’ in East Hampton, New York.

In a Tuesday, September 1, post, the 47-year-old actress could be seen cozying up to Yarmosky in a snap shared on social media. She wrote, “Happy Birthday to the best of the best…❤️ @jasonbardyarmosky.”
The photo appeared to have been taken during a karaoke night, showing Holmes and Yarmosky standing against a wall while leaning their heads against each other. Both were holding microphones.
The second image in the same post showed a dark room with several candles lit around a cake.
The ‘Dawson's Creek’ star also posted a video on her Instagram Story showing Yarmosky blowing out the birthday candles and seemingly thanking his girlfriend.

Just last month, the pair attended designer Michael Kors's 45th anniversary dinner. Their photos were shared by Kors on his Instagram page.
This came after PEOPLE, citing a source, reported that during the screening of Olivia Wilde’s film ‘The Invite’, the contemporary artist was “whispering in her ear, and she was laughing, they seemed very easy together and there was a smile on her face all night.”
“They sat together during the movie, she had her head on his shoulder at one point. They looked very cute,” the source claimed, while another added, “Katie has always been drawn to people who are creative. She loves being around people who are passionate about what they do. She enjoys learning and experiencing new things.”

Before romancing Yarmosky, Holmes was in a relationship with musician Bobby Wooten III.
In December 2022, they split, as an insider revealed, “Katie and Bobby broke up last week, she’s no longer [talking] about him to his friends. They just didn’t work out together for the long run.”
Meanwhile, the ‘First Daughter’ actress is a mother to a 20-year-old daughter named Suri Noelle, whom she shares with her former husband, Tom Cruise.
Suri was born in 2006, and according to Holmes, "The moment the doctor handed me Suri, I was just ready. The feeling is indescribable. All I can say is the moment I looked in her eyes, I felt like ... Mom."
