NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former White House Press Secretary and ‘Saturday in America’ host Kayleigh McEnany appeared on ‘Fox and Friends Weekend’ on Saturday, November 29, and discussed Donald Trump terminating documents signed by former President Joe Biden using an autopen.

The host, Griff Jenkins, raised questions about the potential unauthorized use of the device, as McEnany recalled that the authenticity of the autopen had also been questioned in the White House as well.

She noted that the staff secretary at the time was also allegedly concerned about what was getting authorized by Joe Biden.

Kayleigh McEnany says Joe Biden gave out pardons like 'candy'

While discussing the pardons signed by former President Joe Biden, Jenkins asked McEnany whether people who were pardoned by Biden should be worried.

“Pardons were given out like candy,” McEnany claimed.

She questioned some of the pardons given out by the former president, wondering why someone who was “on the hook” and had criminal convictions was pardoned.

Griff Jenkins questions who was ‘running the White House'

McEnany said that the general orders typically can be undone, unlike clemencies and pardons. She claimed that Donald Trump wouldn’t be able to “roll” those away.

During the conversation, Jenkins told McEnany that the media personnel would allegedly often wonder who was “running the White House.”

Specifically speaking, Jenkins also asked the former White House press secretary about the orders and pardons that were signed when Biden was not in the White House or Washington.

McEnany echoed Jenkins’ thoughts and said that there were lives lost. She said, “Afghanistan was falling,” and Biden was in Delaware.

She added that he was then moved to Camp David, and there were several meetings in the Situation Room. Kayleigh wondered whether Biden was a part of them and wondered who were making the “disastrous” decisions, if not Biden.

Kayleigh McEnany questions Joe Biden’s ‘mental capacity’

Earlier in the conversation, McEnany recalled the DOJ raising questions about the clemency process at the White House.

She said that the autopen was a “low-hanging fruit,” since every president has used it in the past. However, she said that the question was the “mental equity.”

“We had a president in decline,” she claimed. McEnany further raised questions not only on when the autopen was used, but also about what decisions were made without the autopen in the Situation Room when “Afghanistan was happening.”

McEnany referred to the Abbey Gate bombing and said none of that allegedly required an autopen, but it did require a president with a “mental capacity,” which she alleged that Joe Biden didn't have.
