LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In the glitzy world of entertainment, where stars shine and egos often clash, Kelly Clarkson has found a unique advantage in her journey from underdog to powerhouse.

As the beloved host of her own talk show 'The Kelly Clarkson Show', Clarkson not only delights audiences with her charisma but also relishes the chance to reflect on those who once snubbed her before she rose to fame.

This follows her recent show-stopping 'Kellyoke' rendition of Celine Dion's legendary 'My Heart Will Go On', which captivated audiences last week.

Since winning the first season of 'American Idol', Kelly Clarkson, 42, has risen to become one of pop music’s leading female artists, with twelve No. 1 hits and 45 million singles sold, in addition to hosting her own NBC talk show.

Her Emmy-winning 'The Kelly Clarkson Show' kicked off its sixth season on September 23. But despite all the fame and success, she has not forgotten her struggles and snubs.

Clarkson said, as per RadarOnline, “People were like really mean to us because we were from a talent show. Like everyone was so rude to us, like on the red carpet, at the show. It was so bad. It was a horrible experience."

An insider noted, “Even actors sneered at Kelly and other 'American Idol' winners because 'Idol' was drawing a bigger audience than their scripted TV shows, and they held it against her. They saw Kelly as a pre-manufactured star who didn't pay her dues.”

The source added that the tables have definitely turned now as some of those stars now have agents eager to get their clients on Clarkson's show.

They explained, “Kelly is above naming names, but when producers mention a star who wants to be on her show and she remembers they wouldn't give her the time of day when she was starting out, she just says, nah.”

The 'Since U Been Gone' singer recently mentioned that many entertainers who snubbed her have since found themselves in roles as judges or coaches on shows similar to hers, commenting, “It's funny what money does.”

Kelly Clarkson's daytime show 'The Kelly Clarkson Show' faced scrutiny in 2023 due to allegations of a "toxic work environment".

A shocking report revealed that multiple former employees claimed producers and senior staff made their lives “miserable", with one worker stating the job left them “traumatized".

This anonymous employee expressed, “It deterred me from wanting to work in daytime ever again. When I say I was traumatized, I was really traumatized.”

Kelly Clarkson addressed the allegations on Instagram, “In my 20 years in the entertainment industry, I've always led with my heart. I love my team at 'The Kelly Clarkson' Show, and to find out that anyone is feeling unheard and/or disrespected on this show is unacceptable."
