PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Donald Trump Jr's fiancee, Kimberly Guilfoyle, and his daughter, Kai Trump, don't seem to have a smooth relationship as some social media clues suggest.
The former Fox News host may have failed to form a close bond with the teenager despite being in her life since 2018, according to Nikki Swift.

As Kai Trump and Donald Trump Jr are close, people may assume she would be close with his fiancee, Kimberly Guilfoyle, too, but social media clues paint a different picture.
While Kimberly follows Kai on Instagram, Don Jr's daughter hasn't followed her back on the social media platform. Kai does follow her father on Instagram.
Following Donald Trump's victory in the 2024 election, Kai shared a photo on X (formerly X) with the caption, "The whole squad," featuring several Trump family members and even Elon Musk. However, there was no sign of Kimberly.
The president-elect's wife Melania Trump was also noticeably absent from the photo. Kai doesn't follow Melania either on Instagram.
On Halloween, the amateur golfer shared photos with her siblings, her mother, Vanessa Trump, and her father on Instagram ... but again there was no sign of Kimberly. She captioned the post, "Halloween with the fam."
Furthermore, it cannot be denied that Kai is distancing herself from Guilfoyle precisely because of the rising tensions between her father and Kimberly.

A cheating scandal, along with rumors of tension within the Trump family, has reportedly thrown their lengthy engagement into chaos. While the two have put on a united front in public, sources claim that their romance is all but over.
The turmoil started in September when Kimberly was reportedly "blindsided" by photos of Don Jr with Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson. The snaps published by Daily Mail showed Don Jr on a cozy "date" with the model and philanthropist at The Honor Bar in Palm Beach’s upscale Royal Poinciana Plaza on August 17.
According to the outlet, the two weren’t hiding their connection. Witnesses told Daily Mail that Bettina was seen planting not one, but three kisses on Don Jr's lips during their intimate outing.
An insider shared, "She seemed totally smitten with Don—and he with her. They looked totally relaxed, she wearing a white shirt tied off to show her midriff and wide-leg pants, he in shorts and a T-shirt."
Despite the scandal, Kimberly stood by Don Jr’s side on election night, celebrating his father's historic win. However, insiders said this was all for show.
A source told Radar Online, "It is all a show. The appearances of Don and Kimberly are for the cameras. The Trump family does not want to create an enemy in Kimberly; they are concerned about what damage she could do. But make no mistake, the romance is over."
