Kylie Jenner faces second lawsuit as housekeeper alleges mistreatment by staff: Source
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: A second former housekeeper has filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner, claiming she was mistreated while working in the reality star’s household and did not receive help when she asked for it.
Court documents submitted on Wednesday, April 2, in LA County Superior Court state that Juana Delgado Soto alleges she sought assistance from Jenner while dealing with what she describes as mental abuse from a staff supervisor. The complaint also lists Jenner, supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services, and La Maison Family Services as defendants.
Allegations of discrimination and abuse surface in new lawsuit against Kylie Jenner
Juana Delgado Soto, who began working for Jenner in 2019, alleges she experienced discrimination, wage issues, and denial of proper rest and meal breaks. She also claims that her situation worsened in 2023 after staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian took direct control of her schedule.
Soto alleges Sibrian mocked her English, laughed at her, and called her stupid. She says she reported the behavior to human resources in 2024, which led to Sibrian's temporary removal. However, the lawsuit claims he was later reinstated.
After returning, Sibrian allegedly retaliated by reducing Soto’s pay from 41.66 dollars per hour to 35 dollars, increasing her workload, and changing her work schedule. Soto also claims she was denied time off for important personal events.

She alleges that when she tried to leave work on her birthday, Sibrian threatened her job and said, “No one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having a dinner.” She further states she missed her surprise birthday celebration because she was forced to stay at work.
In another incident, Soto claims she was not allowed to attend her brother’s funeral mass after supervisors refused her request for leave. According to the lawsuit, Soto later wrote a detailed letter to Jenner in April 2025 describing the alleged harassment and emotional distress.
The letter reportedly stated, “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused” and “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.”
Soto claims that after leaving the note on Jenner’s massage bed, she was threatened with termination and told not to contact Jenner again. She also alleges she was told, “Kylie doesn’t give a s**t about you.”
Following this, Soto says conditions worsened further, including being denied the freedom to use the bathroom, being forced to clean the doghouse, and being denied water inside the home. She also claims she was told she could not look at Jenner or smile at her, and that if she saw Jenner, she would have to “disappear.”

Last month, Angelica Vasquez filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner, alleging she faced discrimination based on religion and national origin while working as a housekeeper. In her complaint, Vasquez says she worked under supervisors Patsy and Elsy, who allegedly made repeated derogatory remarks about her and mocked her accent.
She says the work environment became so stressful that she developed anxiety and symptoms similar to post-traumatic stress disorder. Because of this, Vasquez says she quit her job in August 2025. She is now asking for payment for unpaid wages, emotional distress, and punitive damages.
