Dr Jimmy Sung told The Mirror US, according to Irish Star, that Laura Loomer has likely undergone a rhinoplasty along with “a large amount of injectables,” which may include "implants, fillers, and Botox."
The New York-based surgeon also pointed out additional cosmetic enhancements, such as hair dye and teeth whitening.
When asked about the potential cost of these procedures, Dr Sung explained that prices can vary widely. “A rhinoplasty can range from $20,000 to $70,000,” he said, adding that the maintenance of injectables could cost around $10,000 per year due to frequent touch-ups.
Dr Sung described Loomer’s look as a prime example of the “Mar-a-Lago face,” a trend among women in Trump’s circle, defined by sculpted features and a polished, glamorous aesthetic.
He noted that other public figures with similar appearances include Lauren Sanchez and South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, who was recently parodied on 'South Park' for her look.

Dr Jimmy Sung also addressed the growing curiosity surrounding Kristi Noem’s appearance, offering his professional insight into what he believes contributes to her distinctive look.
"Kristi has the quintessential Mar-a-Lago Face,” Sung explained, adding, "This term refers to a specific aesthetic associated with the Mar-a-Lago resort, an antithesis of Martha's Vineyard. The Mar-a-Lago face is not about subtlety."
He continued, "It is about a campy expression of what a wealthy, powerful, non-Northeast Corridor American should look like. Fashion is often a reflection of the current state of society; we live at a time when raw displays of power and wealth are in vogue," as per The Mirror US.
According to Sung, Noem’s appearance likely includes a range of non-surgical enhancements, such as hair extensions, Botox, facial fillers, a fat-reduction treatment under the chin, thread lifts, and teeth whitening.
"One possible procedure Kristi may have undergone is the insertion of threads under her skin. These are barbed sutures that are inserted underneath the skin to pull it up temporarily. This procedure is popular among the public due to its affordability and temporary nature,” he noted.
Dr Sung dismissed speculation that Noem had undergone surgical face or neck lifts, emphasizing that her look appears to be the result of non-invasive procedures.
